I was told it would take from 5 to 8 days for my computer to be checked. I travel and it was not possible for me to leave my computer that long. Wewwwwaaaaaaayyyyy too long for service. I was told 400 people were before me yet there was not 1 person name posted on board?????????

Convenient location. Friendly and professional employees. It's easy to find someone to help you. However, we have experienced that, at times, the employees may not be as knowledgeable as you need them to be. Unfortunately, we bought and had to return items on a few occasions because of the wrong advice given when purchasing things for my sons computer. But, l believe they definitely tried their best to help. Great selection on just about everything you may be looking for.
