Who’s running this outfit? I came in to ask about Verizon specials and apparently the Verizon guy isn’t there this evening. I’m looking to switch from T-Mobile. They told me to come back tomorrow, but I told them well. I’m gonna be out of town this weekend. That’s why I wanted to get it done this evening and they told me to come back next week. Like seriously who’s running this outfit? Who would turn away a customer who would be switching from one carrier to another. Baffled.
