Parker is the associate you should go see if you need help. He’s polite, upfront and honest when giving advice and has common sense when it comes to how to do what’s in the customers best interest. To top it off, when the transaction was over, he shook both our hands and said thank you. Wish I had a position I could hire him where I work.

We went in for a tv and felt that we were pushed so hard to buy the most expensive one.. felt as if they just wanted to make a good sale! Smh..

Incredibly pushy to make a sale be careful older people
Phone damaged. Had to transfer things into new phone. Best Buy personnel were great, helping me! I would have been lost without their help!
