Geek squad service is terrible. Minimum wait even with nobody there is at least 45 mins just standing in the store waiting for them to get “paperwork”. For broken screens, you’re much better off going to a local store for much cheaper too.

Let’s start off by saying it’s way too many people working for how slow it is in here. Now from the second I walked in this store I was greeted and I really just came in to look at a Mac to see which one no wanted to buy. After being asked if I needed help from 5 different people . It was the worst secret security officer flowing me around every section mind you I’m black and this is Yorba linda not a good look. I ended buying a case anyway. But will not be returning to this store unless it’s to return a big purchase .

Decided to buy Pokémon cards there since they were one of the only places open so late to carry them. I planned on buying a few boxes to surprise my little brother for Christmas, turns out one of the boxes had secretly been opened pulling all the rare cards from each pack and leaving all the bad cards in. The packaging for every card pack had been opened after looking closer. The box was behind the counter so no customer could have done this only a worker would have. I went in to get a refund but was denied because I already bought the pack! This is ridiculous I spent $49.99 on the box just to be scammed! I wanted to get my little brother a nice gift and I can’t even do that anymore. Do not trust this Best Buy they scam your customers.
