Best buy has always been my one-stop electronics and appliances store. The staffers are very committed to customers satisfaction. However, the address at 171 west 230th Street, Bronx NY10463 needs to be updated. There should be a BOLD sign on the giant store to direct customers appropriately.

This is NOT the place to go for Apple related repairs. I made an appointment to get my iPhone screen replaced. They did not have the screen in stock nor the ability to order it. It was suggested I could make an appointment the next day when the Apple representative would be there and able to order it. Could be there not have been some AI to figure this all out before sending a customer to bad experience?
