Nightmare . Tried getting help with an online order. Finally someone picks up and he has no answers. Finally get my phone and a week later it's a defective piece of junk. Now I'm going to have to get another phone and redo all of my work ! Thanks for nothing ! Train your people Best Buy. Very very annoyed night now !

Not your usual best buy were you get a friendly greeting at the door, first thing the items I purchased online was supposed to be in this locker area which I chose for pick up figuring this might be faster, this doorway appears to be to the left of the store entrance but the doors was locked so I proceeded inside looked at the locker area which appeared to be trashed then went over to the 3 employees nearest the front entrance had to disturb there conversation to get help, I asked where the lockers were for pick up one guy motions for me to come with him and on we go to the customer service counter not the lockers where said employee asks for my phone number instead of the pick up bar code which I had really avaliable, after a couple minutes of not being able to find my order he asks for my I d. After a couple minutes he finds my items and tells me my phone number was in the computer wrong ahhh not same number same account for over 15 years, then gave me some lame excuse why my computer and printer wasn't in the locker , I truly believe those items was about to go missing, wouldn't shop at this store again.
