This store is the worst. I bought a PS5 controller on the 22nd of December that was causing stick drift, I attempted an exchange that I thought would have been a straightforward affair. How wrong I was. After inspecting the controller and making me wait an additional 15 minutes the manager on duty Jalissa came back and informed me she could not honor the return (even though it is within the holiday return guarantee range) because although she can clearly see it is the same model controller as the one she sold and it looks brand new she couldn’t verify the exact model after looking for a serial number? Buying a warranty is clearly a scam btw because I would’ve been out of even more money and still can’t get my product exchanged. I was told to “try another Best Buy location” to see if they would honor my request. This is ridiculous and I will never shop at Best Buy if I can avoid it. Amazon will give me my refund or exchange with NO PROBLEM
