I'll try to not go back. The first employee who spoke to me passed me off when I mentioned i wanted an Xbox controller battery. Of those two people, one lead me to the "Xbox controller" area and pointed as he passed. I had a couple of questions but I'm pleased to report i came to a conclusion without employee assistance. I then proceeded to the front door to pay. After a few minutes of standing in front of a couple of unmanned computer terminals, I looked around and saw a sign that read "checkout" at the back of the store. (Fortunately, it is a relatively small store.) There was one customer ahead of me who was getting checked out. The employee called for assistance over the intercom, but nobody.else came back to help. It wasn't an obnoxiously long wait, but it was long enough for me to think of a retort for when the employee apologized for the wait. The employee actually did not. However, if you're interested, my reply would have been: "That's okay, I'm not doing anything today. But if ever I'm in a hurry, I now know not to come here."

A pretty small store with a small variety of items. Okay but not as good as the bigger stores.

the worst best buy i’ve ever been to. vanessa wasted about an hour of my time. extremely slow workers, couldn’t find a tv for me after sending 3 people to look and 30 minutes they had no luck because there’s boxes everywhere in storage. extremely unorganized and will waste your time.
