The customer service was amazing. We came to purchase several items and the guy showed us to each one and made product recommendations. Was very informative, he helped me buy a washer dryer set, laptop, Kindle paper weight and Microsoft

My Xbox one X overheated and I called tech support. She said she could make an appointment so we drove 2 hours for the appointment. When we explained our problem they said that they can’t fix it. We have to send it off to Microsoft. Then when we asked for a Microsoft number the manager told us to figure it out, we can google it. I also asked if I could trade it in because it is only 7 months old. He said no you should have bought the geek membership. So I will no longer give Best Buy business.
