This store manager leaves you hanging on your own to get your tv serviced and all issues resolved with LG. Even though when I went up this evening they were all standing around the front entrance desk doing nothing. This $700 LG tv is only 8 months old and is only used about 3 hours a day. I am working with the service repair man who has been working hard but can’t seem to get the right parts from LG. So the manager at Best Buy just handed me a post it note with LG phone number for me to call them. You would think he would call them and try to resolve these problems but he never offered to do that. Just handed me a phone number. The tv is still under manufacturers warranty. I am at my wits end but would tell everyone never to buy anything at Best Buy. I would recommend Walmart!

Recently purchased a computer and was having some serious troubles with the speed of it. I stopped into Best Buy, and they quickly answered my questions and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately I had to get a new computer as a result but Alan and Evan were excellent in helping me to select the right one for what I was using it for and was able to make the return smooth.
