Extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I purchased a laptop for $399 (about $425 with tax). I paid cash. Two days later I realized the laptop didn't have a feature I needed (USB-C DisplayPort). I packaged everything up like new and went to the store with receipt in hand. I arrived at the store at 11:30AM. The store had been open since 10AM. I was told "We do not yet have enough cash in the store to give you a refund. You can take a gift card or come back later". I did not want a gift card since I had already chosen to purchase a different laptop directly through Dell that has what I need. So, now I have to drive 30 minutes each way AGAIN to get my $425 cash back. What kind of stupid store doesn't keep some cash on hand for situations like this? Even if not in the register there should be some kind of cash available in a office lock box or something. Let me tell you, they had no trouble TAKING my cash! This is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I shouldn't have to make another trip to this store but now I do. I won't be buying from them again if possible and if I do...I'll use a credit card and just put the cash in the bank to cover the bill. One of the dumbest things I have ever encountered!

Luke, geeksquad manager, is the best. Bestbuy should be grateful for having such professional guy.
One of my favorite places other than microcenter to find electronics, there are also some pretty good deals like saving $350 on a laptop that's $1000
Staff in the store was awesome! I strongly discourage any online/ live help.
