Needed a charger for my Laptop, the Johnstown store doesn't have it, told to order off of Amazon, he got up and left without even saying anymore to me. Wasn't pleased and felt like I was being dismissed

I've bought several phones from them over the years, and encouraged many to buy as well. Nate was an absolute star in helping my husband and his mom get their phones set up. He was so patient and answered all the questions we had. He is a great worker and made the process so easy and stress free!
Quick help, courteous and competent. Sad that selection was small at the store.
This is the only best buy i go to, so helpful! Delivery team is top notch as well, laid plastic down so they didnt mess my floor up!
