03/30 850pm thank you very much to the young lady who helped with my purchase at the customer service desk. I originally arrived at 8:30 pm and got no help from some kid who was bothered after I insisted I didn't want their besbtbuy membership service. I almost left until I decided to speak to the young lady at CS desk. Thank you very much for the help
Incredibly lazy, and incompetent employees i went in to exchange the $500 tv mount for another and also get a few other things, the first employee just kept saying they can order oen online i asked over 4 times saying ok what are the options to order online the guy wouldn't show or tell me just kept repeating himself with a mindless look expressions on his face I left went to another employee he just said they didnt have any tv standa in store n that was it so I just returned the one I had n left ill get my things else were with better more competent customer service especially when I'm looking to spend a few thousands dollars
waited 30 mins after asking for help at the desk for car audio then left.

Not a great experience with customer service regarding screen protector replacement warranty. They want to have you pa $8 for geek squad to replace it when an associate can do it for free. Now, I’ll install it myself probably poorly.. leading to the screen protector breaking again easily when dropped, and I’ll have to come back in and replace it… again. Leading to a loss of $34.99 for Best Buy. Doesn’t seem like the best model. $8 vs $34.99. Improve customer service plz.
