Picked up an aoc qd oled monitor for only 370 bucks. Then a week later I was picking up a laptop on Facebook marketplace but it was not charged and did not have the charger. I met here to buy a charger and they let me use their outlet to charge the laptop and make sure it works. This store is awesome! Thank you so much!

They've lost a customer for life and I used to have a yearly membership here. Bought an internal storage drive for my pc. They tried installing it for me. Put it in my computer but couldn't get my PC to read the storage drive. So, I had to take my pc back. Go back a week later for them to remove it and get a refund and they charge me $40 to take out the defective storage drive that their OWN GEEK SQUAD couldn't even install! When I finally go back to pick up my pc, whole refund took FOREVER. When I was just about ready to leave, I asked them to test my PC to make sure it still worked. They plugged it in and it didn't work! They almost gave me back a broken computer! Had I not asked for them to check it, I would have. So, I had to wait even longer while they fixed THEIR mistake. Just horrible service and unreliable. Won't ever be back.
