Idk how else to express my frustration with best buy as an entity, how am I gonna spend money and then be forced to wait hours on end for a product I should've received at purchase. It's been 6 hrs since after you took my money it's bad enough I have to wait to get money I earn working, now I have to wait to get something I want to relax with for waiting on the money I earned. Make that make sense. I make my money so I can enjoy it when I want not when y'all decide to not work.

ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTERS HERE
I walked in looking for the "NES world championships" game. 5 employees were at the front door. One asked "how can I help you?"
I said "I'm here looking for the NES world championships on the switch"
Employee ' "it will be in the back by the switch games"
Me - "so you guys have it?"
Employee- "I'm not sure, what you see is what we have"
Me - "can one of you help me?"
At this point the other employees she was talking to seemingly got frustrated with me asking for help. The employee just continued to point in the general direction of the games.
I've come to find that not only was every employee that talked to me useless, but it's also very clear that "what you see is what we have" means they seriously have no clue, and really don't care to help.
I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. Thumbs down on this place. I recommend you use the FB marketplace or other resources. Such as ebay. Your pricing will be better, and you dont have to awkwardly ask for help.
This place can't be trusted.
