Called to get my 55in tv serviced. I was told it was not fixable and needed to be exchanged. Went into this store for a simple return through the geek squad protection. They have made this so incredibly hard since revamping. I was told it would take about 20min before they could help me. An hour later, I was told it was going to take much longer. I informed them that I needed to go to work, and the employee just walked off without saying anything. I waited another 5min before picking up my 55inch tv and walking out. This is awful. Once I finally get this tv returned, I will also be returning the 55inch I bought last week. Just done.

Computer was repaired, but you can't just pick it up. You have to make an appt. You then make an appt and wait in line with people who do not have appts for geek squad who just want to ask questions. They need to organize thier line system better for appts and make picking up your items quicker and easier. You sit here and just wait and wait.
