This Best Buy in Roseville on Galleria always has the nicest employees, shout out to the management or whoever is in charge of this Best Buy training! Miguel is always super helpful and will go out of his way to make us feel appreciated when we buy stuff here 5 ⭐️s
Went in to look at ovens I had seen on sale since we need a new one, greeted by 5 people at the entrance. But in the appliance section there was no one to help us, we had to ask the front for assistance as there was no one. He said he will get someone to assist us.... We waited 10 mins and no one came, they seemed short staffed or something so we had to leave. The product we were looking at appeared to have a good deal just no one to talk details about the oven or pricing/delivery type stuff. There is so much competition for ovens it wasn't worth waiting for.
