Customer service was the best I've experienced in a long time. Knowledgeable staff and happy to answer any and all questions you could have. Also prices are surprisingly low, a lot of clearance items to make room for new models, I assume.
The staff is not always competent, but overall it’s very good.
Purchased a TCL 85 inch tv 7/20 had to wait until 7/22 to recieve the tv. Finally off work and installed on 7/26 and sure enough TV is broken. Will turn on but won't stay on keeps powering off. Did all the trouble shooting with no luck. Called bestbuy to get a new TV have to wait another 3 days to get it delivered. I go in-store to get a TV they dont have any in store either. No credit, gift card or free installation for the hassle of waiting for their broken TV. They said they'd hate to loose my business but dont offer any remedy or anything for the inconvenience.
Returned the TV for 7/29 and purchased on Amazon for next day delivery.
Purchased a LG Refrigerator on 7-14-25 and it was delivered on the 23rd by Narek and Jacob. GREAT team. Quick, efficient and courteous. After they left, I discovered it was the wrong unit (no freezer Ice Maker). On July 24th, I talked with Joshua at the Roseville store. Within 1/2 hr. he fixed everything and said delivery in 2 days. Joshua understood the problem, was quick, knew the products and was very professional. He is a great representative of Best Buy staff.
On 7-26 the new fridge arrived and again it was Narek and Jacob. As usual a terrific job in and out in 20 min. Personable, courteous and very careful. I wish Best Buy had more delivery personnel like these two.
