I went to go buy a microphone replacement on my headset for gaming. They don't sell it. They want you to spend another 40 to like $200 to buy a new headset for gaming. I'll just go on Amazon and buy one instead for like $2. Newegg.com is very good replacement for Best buy.

I bought a washer and ordered it for delivery and instillation. The window for the delivery was 12 hours long and they require someone to be there so I had to call out of work and miss out on a days pay. I waited until 4:30 until they tried to cancel my delivery. Apparently at 7am the technician called in sick work. I didn’t find out until 4:30 after I couldn’t go to work. Now I have to skip another day of work because the only delivery time they have is “somewhere between 7:00am and 7:00pm. This is costing me an additional $400 followers because I now have to skip work on two days and all of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call in the morning. I’m very disappointed and will be canceling my Best Buy membership. Never seen such unprofessionalism and poor communication over a thousand dollar sale. From a commercial company.

What kind of business closes as
early as 7pm? I was ready to spend thousands of dollars here and then I try to place my order at 7:10pm, and then im notified the store is already closed??? This early??? This business is a joke, human beings like to shop past 7 PM, you do realize that some people work the night shift and are awake early in the morning? Somewhere else will get my business, since you can't keep your doors open past seven. What a joke of a company. Doesn't even keep their doors open past seven, as if all human beings do their shopping early in the morning. What a waste of time, letting me build a cart and spend time making an order just to tell me "oops sorry we're closed at 7. " you should have been transparent about the business hours when I first started adding items to my cart. You've got to be the only business in Fargo that closes so early, your business hours are a joke. BestBuy must be failing if they can't stay open past seven
