Zero customer service is given at this location. Went there to buy a cell phone and couldn’t get not one single employee to offer any assistance. All the employees were gathered together talking with themselves at the front register. They ALL saw me waiting by the cell phones. How do you buy a cellphone if the Best Buy employees don’t want to address customers?! Went in to spend money and left with buying nothing. I called the store to speak with management Best Buy uses AI for automated responses and then out sources the calls to someone in another country. The man I spoke with said he couldn’t assist since they’re in another country let alone at the physical store. What a freaking joke! I’ll never shop at Best Buy again.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE ON THE CREDIT CARD!!! I was asking every possible question about this God forsaken card and even asked for additional details. They even got passive-aggressive with me for a bit thinking they were smart about it and I wouldn't notice their tone and word play, wish I had the guy's names. Once I went for it and got approved THEN they tell me there's 3 different versions of the card AND there's an annual fee for said card. WHO PAYS AN ANNUAL FEE FOR A STORE CARD!?!?! Because of this my card got overcharged. Had I been notified about this chance before the application I would've said leave room for that charge to fit in. THE FEE IS $60 BY THE WAY. Seeing as how a score gets dunked down HARD when an overcharge occurs you can guess the frustration this whole experience has brought me. All in the Laptop and PC section. Never shopping this location again. Rude, uneducated, and inattentive employees even outside of the PC section, still a few handful of employees that actually bring value and great customer service to the store.

Horrific experience—discriminated against as a disabled senior.I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Best Buy today and will never shop here again. As a 63-year-old paraplegic and hearing-impaired senior, I have never experienced such cruelty and complete lack of accessibility training.I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement under my AppleCare warranty. During the appointment, the Geek Squad employee repeatedly entered the wrong password, locking my phone for an hour. When I asked if they could contact the manufacturer to help fix the issue they caused, he flatly refused.When I asked for a manager, a department lead named Natalie falsely claimed to be the General Manager. She was hostile, angry, and completely dismissive. I explained that due to my disabilities, I cannot easily travel and had paid for special transportation for this appointment. Instead of showing empathy, she escalated the situation, told me to go to an AT&T store in Brea, and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. She then ordered a security guard to physically remove me.As I rolled away in my wheelchair to defuse the hostility, I tried to purchase a phone cord. Natalie actively ordered floor staff not to assist me. When I found the item myself and went to check out, she stormed over, ripped the item out of my hands, and canceled the transaction. The second store manager refused to listen to my side and defended her outrageous behavior, while another associate actually called the police—wasting emergency resources over a customer service failure they created.A simple battery replacement turned into a humiliating, stressful drama. This store clearly lacks basic training in disability, senior, and cultural sensitivity. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
