I ordered something online, went to the store I thought I ordered it to, wrong location, then the lady that looked up my order have me directions to another wrong location.

Vine por una alerta de Microsoft en mi computadora. Hice una cita a las 12 del mediodía, y cuando llegué esperé 10 minutos hasta que salió una joven con sobrepeso del equipo de Geek Squad y me preguntó de manera poco amable qué quería. Le mostré mi computadora y ella no dejaba de repetir “180 dólares, 180 dólares”. Fue descortés y no respondió a ninguna de mis preguntas. Su actitud no fue aceptable, así que me retiré y fui a otro Best Buy, donde contraté el servicio de 180 dólares. Allí la atención fue mucho mejor. No volveré a Montclair hasta que esa empleada mejore su actitud.

I came in for a scheduled iPhone glass replacement through Apple. The Geek Squad manager, Natalie, immediately had an attitude. She told me I had to wait an hour in the store because of a “stolen device” timer—something no one mentioned before my appointment. When I fixed it in my car in two minutes and came back, she looked at me and walked away. When she finally resumed helping me, she claimed there was a system error and told me to call customer service myself, refusing to contact anyone internally. The whole interaction felt like I was bothering her by simply asking for help. Easily the most unprofessional service I’ve experienced from someone in a management position.

Manager Frankie cancelled my free gift with my $1000 purchase without asking me, when it said it would be available next Wednesday for pick up and I was willing to wait. When I asked why and how she’s gonna make it right she said she couldn’t do anything and to call corporate which really means nothing will be done about this because the people answering the phone don’t even speak English properly enough to understand my issue. Now I’m out of a $40 item that should’ve been included with my purchase
