Place is a joke. Chris was inconsiderate. They canceled my order to benefit themselves. Do not trust this place.

I honestly was really disappointed today. I went in today to purchase a laptop for work related reasons. I need a i7 or better processor. When I went to ask for help about it, the guy told to just look around and find them. Then when I asked about the online sales they had going on, the other young lady told me look for the red tag deals. I just felt like they were not going to the full extent to help the customer out. They were helping other customers out with there purchases but I don’t know, I felt a bit discriminated. After 30 minutes of looking around , I finally found the one laptop that work for me. No one offered to help me. Finally someone else from another department came to help with the purchase. He was the ONLY one that actually took time to be helpful and help check out the laptop I wanted to purchase. At this point , I’d rather just order from amazon. It’s easier to check for these deals on amazon.

Chris (supervisor), Riley, and Xavier were very helpful in helping me choose the right laptop. They took the time to answer all my questions and educated me on the specs. Ask for these guys when you’re at this location!
