Racist and yelled at me — that’s the treatment I got at this store. I purchased an open-box espresso machine, and the employee swore everything was included. When I got home, I found out the portafilter and filter were missing. The next two day, the manager told me I could bring it back and they would exchange it for a proper one. So I took time off work, carried the heavy box back, and expected the store to stand by their word. Instead, I was humiliated. At the door, an employee who wear glasses raised his voice at me, treating me like I didn’t even belong there. Inside, another employee interrogated me as if I had committed a crime, demanding explanations over a word I muttered under my breath out of frustration — “stupid” — which was never directed at her. They twisted it, made it about them, and flat-out ignored what I had been promised. Their behavior was hostile, dismissive, and dripping with racism. I felt disrespected, lied to, and completely humiliated in front of other customers. They broke their promise, shouted at me, and treated me as if I wasn’t worth their time. This is not just bad service — it’s abusive and discriminatory. I have spent over $1,000 a year at this store in the past, but after being treated like this, I will never spend a single penny here again. No customer deserves to be yelled at, interrogated, and lied to. If you care about being treated with respect, stay far away from this place.
