The staff at this Best Buy location are incredible. Oh, the staff! Their customer service is excellent—none of them gave off that "I don't want to be here, please don't talk to me" vibe that you often encounter. I mainly interacted with Han and Marcia, who were extremely helpful and put extra care into assisting me, but even the other staff members whose names I didn't catch were all very nice. This is also one of the best Best Buy locations I've been to because it's so spacious and has a great selection. After several bad interactions at a particular location, I swore off going to a physical store and frankly having anything to do with Best Buy for a while, but I'm so glad I gave this location a chance today. This is where I'll be going from now on.
Had a great experience exchanging a DOA TV for a replacement.
I was about to drop over $2,000 on a phone because AT&T didn't have it in stock. Then I remembered when I purchased an OLED a few years back for almost the same amount which came with a gift card. When I went back to use the giftcard it mysteriously vanished. (If you are foolish enough to do business here and they offer a gift card with purchase, use it right then and there or dont expect it to be there when you want to used it). Sucks I have to wait, but I refuse to do business with a company that burned me like that. Also, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and offered to help. Shop elsewhere. These dishonest lazy idiots don't deserve your business.

Which indicates that you are done addressing this issue and have no intentions of making it right, just wasting my time. I stand by my original complaint. My new phone arrived yesterday and I would rather wait for a product than give my money to BestBuy. I will never shop with you again and if you want my time in the future, submit i take payment upfront for my time
