The only reason I’m making this comment is for Best Buy Corporate to make a change. I need to call this store to ask if the Verizon kiosk is open and attended to because a sales person there was very helpful in finding a plan and we want to move forward and purchase it. But we’d like to confirm if he is there—- BUT the phone number doesn’t work. AI either cuts the call or sends it to a call center and they don’t have a way to connect to the store either.

Redding, Best Buy Apple service Audrey that’s the name he goes by or they go by refused to send my iPad which was faulty and under manufacturers warranty because it was still new and I had driven 169 miles in a storm I had to call phone support and then drive to the Roseville store and then wait five days for the new one to come. Apple has worms and they encourage it.

No one would help me. The employees were standing around talking. They were having a great time. I went to T-Mobile. They were happy to help.me.
