Really sad with the customer. Service from this store between the run around on the phone and being hung up on when I wasn't even being rude, I was just looking for answers.

Nice friendly service and they had what I needed.
Garbage establishment. Broken tv was delivered. When I called their helpline the best resolution they could offer was to send a replacement and provide a return label for the broken one. This is not a resolution. This is a waste of someone’s valuable time. The item I ordered was not available in any store within a 250 mile radius. The other option they provided was for me to take the broken tv to a store for refund and get a different one and pay the difference. If you clowns sent a broken tv then it’s your job to pay the difference not mine. Garbage pathetic Best Buy. You people are utter trash this is literally the last time I buy anything from Best Buy.

Please note that all stores would provide replacement of an item for the same item if available with no price difference if damaged in shipping, although no policy that I am aware of would provide a higher priced television covering the cost. This review is for Uli to show to his boss when he asks for a raise. Dude knows his tech, the store's policies, and the TV market inside and out. He sold me on a better TV, a 5-year plan, and membership in the course of 20 minutes.
