Best Buy Dublin

It's the 4th of July. I'm parked across the street charging my Tesla. They are barbecuing behind the store with the back door open. I try to go through the back door but the manager yells at me and told me I need to walk all the way around the building and go through the front door I ask why have I can't go through the back door and he just rudely repeats himself like an idiot without any explanation. I would have no problem showing him my receipt if he let me use the back door but he doesn't care. If paying customers are not allowed to use the back door then he should not use the back door.

Your staff is absolutely useless. I have been standing outside for 15 minutes and have not received my order. There are four or five people working inside the drive-thru, they are roaming around freely, they are not working. I have been standing in parking lot number four for 20 minutes and have not received my order.

They'll rub their salesmanship all over you even if you're from out of town. Telling me I could fit a giant monitor in my suitcase??? Then get mad when you don't buy anything from them. Way too aggressive and then follow you when you walk away to see what else you look at. There was a nice gent who helped me see a bike. He made the effort to check out protocols and then didn't harass me. That was pleasant. He is why there are any stars at all.

I haven't been in Best Buy for a long time. Just went in to pick up a TV that my daughter ordered for me on line. First time my grandkids went into the store. They had a lot of fun looking at everything.
