Never buy a screen protector for life time warranty from bestbuy, these will be out of the stock and they will never replace. Behavior of the staff was rude (manager). Even they mock at customers who bought screen protectors for life time warranty.

Didn't buy anything cause I was at 5 below not best buy but they are pretty cool when I do go inside

I visited the store because I was on a quest to find a specific vinyl for my daughter. The website indicated that it was in stock, so despite the hour-long drive to that location, I was hopeful. Upon entering the store, I was greeted warmly, which set a positive tone for my visit. However, as I began searching through the aisles, I found myself struggling to locate the vinyl.
Noticing my frustration, a team member approached me with a friendly smile and asked if I needed assistance. He kindly offered to help me search for the record. We together sifted through the various vinyls, examining each one carefully. When it became clear that we couldn't find it on the shelves, he generously went to the back of the store to check their additional inventory.
After a thorough search, we discovered that the vinyl had simply been misplaced behind another record, which was a relief. I appreciated the effort he put into helping me; it truly made the experience enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere of the store was peaceful and welcoming, with every staff member exuding friendliness from the moment I walked in. It turned out to be a delightful outing, enhancing the joy of finding that perfect gift for my daughter.
