At the Pleasant Hill store, on the very same day, one of the sales employees was rude from the start. My 12-year-old son asked me a question about the TV, and the employee abruptly butted in, assumed what he meant, and rudely shut him down. I had to step in and firmly explain what my son was actually asking because the employee had already decided he knew better. During that same visit, the employee also spoke over me several times. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely unnecessary. Frankly, they were lucky I even chose to buy a TV from Best Buy after that interaction.

Just your typical electronics store. Most employees were nice and greeted you. I didn't need much assistance on anything so I can't say mich for their service but the checkout was fast.
Very good technical staff
Dave is an exceptional sales person. We came to this Best Buy location in the evening and he was super busy with some customers and so we decided to come back the next day when we came back. Dave took his time explaining everything to us regarding TVs sound bars and mounting, he even helped us figure out the sizing of the TVs that we should get for the certain rooms in our houses. He’s super patient super kind and explains everything very well. He deserves a raise. Thanks, Dave!
