Came here for online oder pick up. Was fast and easy

I had an appointment to install two hard drive on a NVR system. Once I arrived I was informed it would take 10 minutes to complete. Shortly I after the geek squad worker return and stated he does not have the tools to install the hard drive. I told him that was a lame excuse and I pressed him for a better reason. He then told me he does not want to work on my system and I cannot make him change his mind. I was astonish, I ask for the manager but he was worst, defended their racist behavior then attempted to install the hard drive without bolting it down. He return the system opened and not closed up. I ask him why am I getting sub par treatment, he said he was sorry for my experience but they do not install hard drive on system. A fellow customer who observed the interaction called him out, he said " your behavior is borderline racist bud" last week you guys at geek squad installed two hard drive for me". It a lie when you said best buy do not install hard drives. I was very happy the customer interjected, he understood what was going on. He later told me to file a complain with the state, he gave me his number in case I need a witness statement. What annoyed me the most was the geek squad manager printed a receipt showing the work was completed even though he knows it was not. This was an attempt to change the narrative incase I complain. If you are a woman or minority, stay clear from the best buy in plesant hill, California. Equality in a thing of the past and excuses for racist and bad behavior is their future.
