Good PC builds but I am rating it a 4/5 because I saw an Intel Ultra pre build and that’s not ok

I’ve had consistently good experiences with the staff at this Best Buy store in Pleasant Hill, especially at the Customer Service desk. One of the managers, Jax, exceeded my expectations in resolving an issue with a product I purchased in late August. I will gladly return to this location whenever I need to shop for electronics or home appliances.
I've been to this location a few times and it's always the same, plenty of employees on the floor, but no help, even when I go ask one for help they will point you in the direction of what you want, but never offer to help walk through any question that I might have, they stand around talking to thier co-workers or on their phone, needless to say I won't be going back.

Efficient return, no lines and quick return. Sales person from ATT was helpful as well.
