I didn't find the product I was looking for, but the staff was very welcoming and quick to help.
Went there for the geek squad. Matt was very engaged in focused on my issues (vehicle ran over a laptop) with some great advice on how to resolve the issues. Specifically, the after effects of the giant dent made by the SUV tire.
I tried to check availability on an Xbox series x, not only did it start off with a computer trying to help but it couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for the sku number. Then it sent me to a call center.
All I wanted to know is "is the console physically available in the store" ie go check if you actually have one cause your inventory is always off.
They could not tell me ......... So I won't be buying the console from them along with the extra controllers and HDMI cables to connect everything. I was going to go with the gold plated ones to get the most out of my new console. They just lost over 1000$ in sales today because they don't want people to pick up the phone in store.... I will just buy it off Microsoft.
Bestbuy if you are reading this I will no longer buy from you as long as you focus on your profits instead of customer service.

Last year a Best Buy rep gave me some unsound advice, to purchase a Microsoft laptop, which has been a hugh disappointment and will soon be replaced.
On a recent road trip, the charging cord quit working. Five hours from home, I stopped by the nearest Best Buy location.
The staff said they were only assisting customers with appointments, and perhaps they would send me to another store, and I could just wait?
So thinking that replacing the cord would be a good place to start, I headed to the Microsoft department.
A manager located a cord and this solved the charging problem. The cord was $109.
I've had enough of Best Buy and have decided that after shopping there for years, I'm moving on to other options.
