Terrible customer service at Best Buy today—I waited over 20 minutes for help in the electronics department, with multiple employees walking past without acknowledging me or offering assistance. I felt completely ignored, wasted my time, and left without buying anything. Best Buy needs better staffing and training during busy times.

I went there to purchase a Ps5 controller I seen online its the teal color they had it and it was on sale so I bought a red one two I was happy with my purchase
