I went asking about the smart watch selections. Pretty disappointed with their lack of knowledge for what wanted to use the phone for. I ended researching at home, bought one online. I know they are young people and their skills set is not geared for me. I left disappointed.

I ordered a computer and was going to have it updated to windows 11pro before I picked up. I tried to contact them for nearly 2hrs, the only response I could get was AI which was an absolute nightmare. I finally got through to a human in their answering service. The only thing she could do was make a geek squad appointment for us to go pickup computer and carry across store to geek squad to start the download. I finally gave up and canceled order

Took my computer in to the Geek Squad to be cleaned and the front desk assistant Andrew was very helpful, kind and patient in answering questions and getting things processed for me. I recommend getting the Best Buy membership if you have multiple devices that need to be cleaned.
