They seemed to always have a great selection of TVs and other electronics. Now with their online service I can usually get what I need in a couple days. I feel they carry a higher end product than Walmart especially in the TV market. Purchased several TVs and security cameras here.

I called and made an appointment over the phone to get a new battery for my iphone. They said on the phone that it wouldn't take long and they had the battery in stock. I drove there and was told that they do not have a battery in stock and that I was required by Apple to leave my phone with them until the battery comes in. I was told this would take over a week to come in. I asked the salesperson if he would leave his phone with someone and be without a phone for a week and he said "Heck no!". So why am I required to leave my phone there to sit on a shelf for a week until a battery comes in? This is stupid and I think it is set up so that apple doesn't have to pay to replace many batteries. I was also told to try the Best Buy in Asheville (which is a disaster scene right now from Helene). I asked for a direct phone number to that store so that I could verify that they had a battery for my phone BEFORE I drive out there. The salesman would not give me a phone number to the store. This is the very last time I will ever step foot in a Best Buy again and am considering changing phones to android due to Apple's policies.
