Horrible experience ordering a New Remote for television purchased there. TV is fantastic. Those small remotes are JUNK! Don suggested getting a Universal remote in order to Not lose remaining Four Years of Warranty. On June 29th, per Don's instructions, purchased one. Their delivery company sent text message at 8:30pm stating Roadie driver will be here on Wed July 1st around 9:15pm, saw how dark the drive up was, and Did Not Even Have the Remote!!! Therefore Canceling the order!!! Check bank statement and remote price was Deducted July 4th. Call store, 30 minutes on phone with Juan..... No help there, had to Again transfer me to the "Primary Care Department "!! At this point, I Need to go to a Primary Care Medical facility by dealing with this JOKE OF A BUSINESS since June 29th. Now order has been canceled and My Money will Not arrive in my bank for FIVE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS!!!!! I COULD NEVER GIVE THIS PARTICULAR STORE, NOR ANY EMPLOYEE ANY RECOMMENDATION....... STAY FAR AWAY! Walmart gives Much better Customer Service on Everything!

When my husband and I went to Best Buy we went to ask someone for help and the associate stated then we needed to wait and to give them a moment. The place was empty. We waited 10 minutes and we were leaving due to not getting the appropriate service. Then we decided to go back to that same person we asked and thankfully another associate Michael intervened and helped us immediately giving us the proper service and helping with what we needed. If Micheal did not intervene we would have given this Best Buy a one star. We are faithful customers to Best Buy for many decades. So we want to thank Micheal for his professionalism and quick response to helping us get what we needed.

I would give zero stars if I could. I will never shop at Best Buy again! I ordered an item on a Friday and the webpage said it would be delivered by Saturday at 9pm. If next day delivery wasn't an option, I would have traveled to buy the item in person because I needed it that day. Saturday, I use the Best Buy message portal on their webpage to inquire about my late package. I was promised that it would be delivered no later than Sunday at 9pm. Sunday comes and go, no changes to my order status. Monday, the order still says that same, so I went and bought the item I needed Saturday in person. I tried to cancel my order that was still being "packed" through my online account, and was unable to. Best Buy has a "live agent" message portal on their web page. I was told that the item had been shipped, therefore they could not cancel the order. That was a lie and this "live agent" was AI. I called the Waynesville location, again AI. After my 3rd call, I was transferred to someone from another county. This person kindly helped me finally. She was not able to cancel the item, but did issue a refund. Well Wednesday night at 9pm I get a text message that my item was picked up by my Roadie driver. I had NO IDEA what this was, but apparently this is how Best Buy ships items. I thought my item was coming by UPS. I tried to stay awake to intersect this drive, as I had NO opportunity to leave delivery instructions (my driveway requires 4-wheel and we ask that packages are left in a certain spot). No update by 11:30pm, so I finally go to bed, as I wake up at 5am for work. When I was asleep, I received a text at 1am that the driver was on the way to deliver my item and another test at almost 2am that the item was unable to be delivered. Who the hell has delivery drivers out at 2am in the morning?! What were you thinking, Best Buy??
