I stopped at the store in search of a gift idea. I was in the store for exactly 7 minutes, and in that 7 minutes, I was approached 4 times by 4 different employees who wanted to manage and supervise my gift shopping experience. As soon as I could get rid of one, another would appear out of nowhere to try again. Finally, I left in utter disgust. A much better and low pressure shopping experience can be found on Amazon. Best Buy? Never again. Never.

I would have given one star but in the end it all worked out. I bought a TV and was told I had to wait about three weeks for someone to come out and install the TV and the mounting bracket. The day before I got a text saying I had to schedule an appointment. When I called I was told they didn't have the TV even though it was in the store when I purchased it, and had to wait another three weeks. I had to drive an hour to the store (because they don't take calls there) to speak with a manager. I spoke to Aubrey Port and he was awesome. Right away he said the TV was there and he would find someone to come out and install it the NEXT day. He said he would call me when he had a time window, he texted me throughout the day to update me and sure enough Jared came all the way from Hendersonville to Bryson City to do the installation. He was excellent, took his time to explain everything to us, set up our Apple TV, cleaned up after himself and was friendly and professional. I was very impressed how they both handled what could have been a really bad experience.
