Best Buy needs to provide their customers with more workers to help them with their technology needs. I find myself going to Verizon nowadays to get answers because they get the job done quicker. That also means I buy my products more at Verizon. But I have had one individual help me a good bit at Best Buy.

It's the only electronics store within a 75 mile drive. So it is what it is. Sometimes things are in stock and sometimes not. But you can order and have things shipped for free.

So tonight I went in to look for some prismatic evolutions packs I knew it was a long shot as people keep buying out all the stores but I figured why not give my local best buy a shot now usually I'm the guy when asked if I need any help I respond with just looking but tonight Alexis asked me if I did and I just asked if they had any packs of prismatic evolutions yes not to my surprise he said no and then I went on to do some browsing and leave but on the way to the door boom who comes chasing me down Alexis with a pack of prismatic evolutions in his hand from a canceled order now mind this I didn't ask him to check the back I didn't get upset I just accepted that they didn't have any but then boom this man finds one as if he manifested it from thin air that alone is above and beyond what most employees anywhere will do.... I will definitely be back for more just because of Alexis
