Lucky there is not a Zero star rating because they don’t even deserve One star We ordered a 65” TV Paid to have it installed On September 3rd Never received a call with a time. We called them and they said it had not been scheduled yet. Today we were notified the installation was cancelled and need to reschedule for September 9th Save yourself the frustration and shop with a store that’s dependable Jason You say communication is key I requested a phone call yesterday from the store manager to resolve A Best Buy customer service rep said I would receive a call within 3 hours Never received a call 🤪
