Bought a 77" TV and was told during the sale that they would unbox and assemble it at delivery. None of that happened. Delivery drivers dropped it in our living room and left and of course no one at the store can provide assistance. Once they get your money they just don't care anymore. This was our first and last experience buying from Best Buy. Unimpressed by their business approach and feel the lack any real integrity or interest in seeing to that you as a customer are satisfied.
