Best Buy Hammond

I'm new to Hammond, had a great experience at this Best Buy! I didn’t know anything about receivers and was pointed in the general direction of where they were in the store. Thankfully, an employee named Isaiah came up to me right away and asked if I needed help. I explained all the inside and outside speakers I had in my home, and he took the time to walk me over to the store computer, pull everything up, and explain my options in a way that actually made sense to me. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I ended up choosing a receiver, brought it home, and it is absolutely perfect! Isaiah is truly an outstanding employee, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The store overall was great, but he really made the experience exceptional. Great job to the team for hiring such quality people! I'll definitely be back.

This is really nice store and everybody in there is very friendly and helpful and I've been shopping here for years and years.

The store is very clean but the employee's are not very helpful

Phone charger cords don’t last very well and I have to purchase a new one every 3 months.
