Extortionists. I was a week late returning a wifi router it turned out I didn't need, and was told that I could return it for store credit if I signed up for their "membership," which costs $50/year. Turns out they have a 2-week return policy, which the manager said was now standard in the industry. He also said they push "real hard" for customers to sign up for this at time of purchase, which they had not in my case. In a time when they're competing with Costco and Amazon it's hard to understand why they would backpedal on customer service like this, but I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
This place is truly great.
The best buy employees here love to gobble up all the Pokemon product for themselves and then say they have nothing when always a day before the good employees will let you know what’s in stock while the shady ones get mad and upset because they back door it themselves this has to be the worst/ghetto Best Buy I’ve ever been to
I called ahead to know whether they carried a particular item. They located a satisfactory replacement and I purchased it while still on the phone. Simple and easy - practically concierge shopping!
