Bought a 1300 dollar refrigerator 3 days ago. Got delivered today and plugged it in and it doesn't work. Called customer service and they said I could return it or fix it.. waste of time

The new AI customer service is horrible when I called to ask a question. I literally can not reach a real person anymore. Customer service just fell off. I can not believe this is where we're heading.

Bought a 55” TV from the Humble Best Buy (curbside pickup) and after getting home and unboxing it, the panel was warped and shattered from obvious mishandling. The front desk staff during the exchange process was helpful and polite. My frustration was mainly with management’s response afterward. After making two trips and dealing with a destroyed TV out of the box, I was basically told there was nothing they could do beyond a standard exchange. I understand accidents happen, but I expected a little more ownership of the situation considering the condition the TV was in.
