Dear Mr. Galek, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your Atascocita location. This recent experience was so appalling that it has convinced me never to do business with that store again. On Wednesday, September 17th, I returned a Samsung monitor that I purchased in August. During that return, the employee assisting me failed to inform me that my purchase was part of a bundled promotion. As a result, instead of receiving a refund consistent with the $75+ value of the monitor, I was credited only $10.81 back to my card. This was absolutely misleading and unacceptable. When I discovered the issue on my credit card statement, I immediately returned to the store to dispute the adjustment. I was informed that the initial transaction could not be corrected unless I returned both monitors because they were bundled together. Not only was I blindsided by this policy that was never communicated to me, but I was also subjected to extremely poor treatment by your staff. The manager on duty, MJ, was dismissive, unhelpful, and blatantly disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. His demeanor was unprofessional and gave me no confidence that the store values its customers. After that unpleasant exchange, I was left with no reasonable choice but to return my second monitor — one that my wife was using for work during the day — just to get the refund I should have been due in the first place. To say this was an inconvenience would be an understatement. It was an outright failure of customer service, communication, and professionalism. For MJ and the representative who handled my return to treat a loyal customer in such a dismissive manner is astonishing, and it reflects very poorly on this location’s management and training. I want to be very clear: this was the single worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy, and I will not be doing business at this store again. I truly hope that you reevaluate not only your return communication policies but also the behavior and accountability of your management staff. Respectfully, CP

Literally my favorite Best Buy location all the associates are knowledgeable and kind and don’t mind helping and explaining products. The prices are affordable and they always have the BEST open box deals . My favorite associate is Cam!!! Thank you Cam and Best Buy for always giving me a memorable shopping experience.
