Worst service! We went in to buy a Mac computer and wanted to use the display model to see if we liked it prior to purchasing. The mouse didn’t work we asked for assistance they said it’s been broken for two weeks and would not let us try another working Apple mouse to operate the computer. We went to the Apple Store where service is exceptional. Do better Best Buy Atascocita!!!

Employees are always ready to help. Store is nicely organized and stocked.
The service was great, but we paid for additional coverage of 3 tvs we bought last September. One of them went bad within a few months. I brought it in to exchange it, but I was told we had to send it out to "fix" it first. Then, if they couldn't fix it, we would get our money back... now wife is without a TV in her craft room.. guess where crafting stuff is now going?! Yup, the living room, thanks.... why couldn't I just exchange it for another one?!
The installers that Best Buy sent to install the new washer did not know how to turn the water off before disconnecting the old washer. Asked me where the turn off was for the house. It was a mess. Water was everywhere. They stood there and watched me clean the floor of my laundry room. The final straw was them trying to bring in the new washer with the water still running from the wall. I told them to connect my old washer and leave the new one on the truck. They kept speaking in Spanish.
