I went with my daughter to buy her a McBook. After looking at the different models, we chose the McBook Air. The guy that was "helping" said that that model had 10 % money back, I said ok 10 % off, and he said "No, money back" I said I got it and accepted the Mc Book. I told him that I was going to pay with my debit card and I gave him the debit card, he then asked to put some information like my complete SSN, annual gross income, if a rented or owned my house (?) and then he completed the process for the BEST BUY CREDIT CARD, and he asked if I wanted the credit card. He literally COAX me to get the credit card making me believe that ONLY the Mc Book air was the one with the 10% cash back, when it was any new item paid with the credit card. I click, click, here and there and then surprise, when I checked my check account there was no charge for the computer, it was already charged on the credit card that I did not even wanted. This is an EXAMPLE OF VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE THAT WORKS IN THOSE PLACES THAT COAX YOU INTO GETTING A CREDIT CARD JUST TO GET A BONUS. I can not believe this can happen in a store that brags about quality of service......DISHONEST, TOTAL LACK OF INYTEGRITY, WHAT A SHAME......

I had an absolutely awful experience at the Atascocita Best Buy. My computer screen broke, and I urgently needed a portable monitor and a mouse for a project. I’m a frequent Best Buy member, and I count on their efficiency. I picked out the items quickly, but when I reached the checkout, I realized I didn’t want two of the extra items I had initially considered. Instead of letting me simply leave them with him or restock them himself, the employee rudely insisted I go all the way to the back of the store to re-shelve them myself before he’d let me check out. This is completely unacceptable. I was ready to walk out and buy from another store, but I had no time. As a loyal customer, I expect much better. This kind of disregard for basic customer service is why Best Buy is losing business. Convenience is supposed to be the point—forcing me to restock is not my job.
