They never have what you need anymore!
Beware of scalper/shady manager.
Walked in the day before the Pokemon journey together set released with my son, and asked an employee how much they were going to have to see if it was worth it to get in line the next day.
The employee asked what I assumed was the manager a tall,dark,heavy set man. He told me that it’s all In the back and that most likely it was all going to sell out that night for preorders. That they always have a line waiting outside on release days but that they never have anything to sell to them when they open up.
First of all who does preorders at midnight on the day before a release day!? Preorders happen months in advance. Discords that constantly track restocks on Best Buy/target/Walmart and other stores never pinged a restock at midnight.
Popfinder and other stock checker apps showed that they definitely did have a ton of stock waiting in the back so the owner could sell them out the back door. We all known that these apps don’t count preorders in their numbers. He never has anything to sell to the lines of people because he keeps everything to himself.
Other Facebook Pokemon community have had similar things happen to them and are now making it known. The Best Buy in humble is much more well run stay away from this one.

Lazy staff, no customer service. This is why you have to order everything online now adays. They don't even know their own products.
