It's a really nice store on 1960 right next to michaels craft store makes a great combination for me. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.
And I feel safe in the parking lot. There is lots of room in the parking lot in front of Best Buy.
Michaels doesn't have much parking. I would recommend this location.
The moment I walked in today at 8:15pm I was turned off by the greeter’s tenor and demeanor towards me. He asked, Hi, what can I help you with. I answered yes I need help with cell phones can you show me where that is? The greeter answered, what kind of help do you need with a cell phone. I was immediately disgusted by he choice of words and his tenor, I kept walk to find the next associate in sight in hopes to have a more positive approach towards me. I asked the next associate, hi I’m needing help in the cell phones department. The arrogant response of the associate was, “ I AM the MANAGER of the store, but I CAN help you!” I expressed that the store associates need to work on their delivery and choices of words because my experience with them was not pleasant. I hope these associates can get the proper training on customer service etiquette.
Took my business to the next nearest Best Buy, for better service.
