Donte and Garrett are excellent. Donte went above and beyond to help me get a new cell phone set up when an old one completely died. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Best Buy is fortunate to have such an amazing employee!
They had a good selection of what I was looking good for
I purchased a Blue Ray player from here. On the shelf, the price was $259. When I got to check out it was $299. The very polite customer service rep explained that the player I picked up wasn't the one that matched the $259 sign. I went back to the shelf to see if there was a $299 price tag anywhere in the shelf. There wasn't. I bought the player anyway because it was a gift. In short, Best Buy doesn't honor its advertised prices. If there had been a $299 price tag anywhere on the shelf the mistake would have been mine or at least the worker who put the player in the wrong spot.
Waited at least 15 minutes for someone to help me in the appliance dept. After tacking down an employee she said she would send someone over but they never came so I left. They need more help
