Do NOT ever come to this Rochester Best Buy store. The main reason is this place lack customer service and most of the employees who work there are very unprofessional and even their assistant manager. The employees there are all incompetent and most of them are a bunch of clowns. The guy name Mohammed shouldn't work there if he doesn't want to help customers. 🙄 This place lacks basic support. Think again before coming to this place. If you like circus, then this is your place.

Pretty sad store. The employees were more worried about entertaining themselves than helping a customer.\n That was looking to buy a high value item. I was in that store for 45 minutes trying to get assistance and got nowhere, I ended up leaving and finding a different store to buy my electronics. Because if I have questions I want answered and can't get them answered, I might as well just order it online and save myself a lot of time and money.\n And taking a guess at what I get when I order. It kind of like what it would be if I was to buy it at that store because of the lack of customer service.

Abdullahi M from the Rochester store was exceptional! My family and I came in 20 minutes before close (I know, we suck), but regardless, he was so helpful. My brother was looking for a specific laptop, and unfortunately they were out of stock, but Abdullahi went out of his way to offer many other buying options and even got us free shipping to our house and helped with getting a student discount! He was very friendly and pleasant and was chatting with us the whole time. Overall best experience I have ever had in a Best Buy!
