I want o comment on stellar knowledge and customer care I received from Zam Zam H. on 12 / 13 / 25.
I had previously purchase a cable with assistance from another employee that assured me beyond a doubt that is was the correct cable for the transfer of i-phone photos to my Mac. Wrong, back to store and another fella assured me on a different cable. I brought my cables from my phone and Mac and the cable connections were not the correct size as I compared them when he wandered off......
Zam Zam wandered past and asked if I needed assistance & with in less then a minute we were in a different isle with the correct set up! Talk about knowing the product and understanding my basic problem, I am so appreciative of her talent and listening to my basic clear request!

Called the number listed and was directed to a virtual agent. Told them I wanted to talk to someone at the store but they couldn't transfer me to them. So who/what number am I supposed to call for instore assistance? Ps they answered with I don't know.
