How do I check product availability at the Rochester Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. We will never shop here again. The delivery was wrong. When we went to the store to discuss options we received about of lip service for the manager on duty 11-3-24. The sound bar system did not get delivered. It’s two weeks ago since we bought the TCL 75 in TV, and still no sound bar system has arrived. But Beat Buy is happy to sell us the next model up for an extra $500. Holding our breathe they “delivery team” show up tomorrow to finish the set up. Poorest customer service from the manager who worked 11-3-2024.
