I’ve had two disappointing experiences at the Best Buy - Rochester. The first time, I brought in my MacBook that wouldn’t turn on and was immediately told the entire motherboard needed replacing, with little troubleshooting or explanation.More recently, I brought in my iPhone 13 because WiFi and Bluetooth were completely grayed out, and I was told it was due to parental controls — which makes no sense since I’m the sole owner and no restrictions were enabled.
Both visits felt dismissive and rushed. I’ll be driving to the Apple Store in the Cities moving forward to have my devices properly evaluated.
Excellent customer service by Zach at the Rochester, MN store. He went the extra mile to problem solve an app issue in a newly installed dash cam. His expertise in home security cameras was also helpful. Service like this will keep me coming back.
