I needed help with some information, so when I called, I got an AI operator and it just kept giving me the run around and I could not speak to an agent. I went down the street to Costco instead and bought my TV there, with that AI operator, it looks like you want to disconnect with your customers, $800 sale gone cause you dont know how to answer a phone with an actual human.

I had an awesome experience here! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the latest tech, which made finding what I needed a breeze. Plus, their selection is fantastic—definitely my go-to spot for electronics!
I had one of the worst experiences with Best Buy. I bought a PC on November 26, and it arrived with a faulty motherboard. I returned it and was promised a replacement delivery, but it never showed up—they later claimed it was lost or stolen.
I was then told I’d get a refund confirmation within 72 hours and the money within 10 days. Neither happened. I had to go through my bank just to get my money back. Months later, the bank reversed it because Best Buy falsely claimed I received the product.
After countless calls and store visits, I finally got my refund. Completely unacceptable service.
Avoid buying from here at all cost.
Lots of folks in blue shirts but spent over 30 minutes looking thru the refrigerators with not one person coming up and saying may I help you. Worst customer service ever
