Customer service. The guy with the Pikachu hat that works for best buy need to learn how to talk to customers. Talking with a attitude and disrespectful because the pokemon 30th anniversary to much for him. The store has great deals just beware of who you ask for store questions.

Terrible customer service for Pokemon Day- event wasn’t advertised properly as only for kids. Staff were rude to adults that weren’t aware of the limitation and took satisfaction in treating adult fans as if they were scalpers.
EDIT: It looks like they replied with a passive aggressive response to my review- implying reading is difficult for me when the event description can be open for interpretation and not consistent across different channels. After discussing with corporate customer support they CONFIRMED that Pokemon Day at Best Buy is intended to be for all ages. I’d understand the desire to leave cards for kids to avoid scalpers, but what is the rationale to telling actual older fans to leave without being able to participate in other means? Leaving the review up for posterity. They better not delete their response.

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16” touch screen laptop for my wife. Ruben was super helpful, and he helped us find a very nice deal for the Yoga laptop (Intel Ultra 7 256V) with a $250 discount. Very happy about the purchase, as we thought about buying it online, but the in store deal is even better! Ruben was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered like 20 questions from my wife, and we were impressed by his professionalism. He also gave us a free BestBuy membership so that we have a 60-day window to return the laptop if we are not happy with it (we love the Yoga laptop so far and I think we will keep it). Wonderful product and people. Highly recommended!

I bought a printer online and I couldn't connect it to my laptop. I returned it Best Buy and they took it back even thought it was one day past the return period. Tila helped me and it was a smooth fast no hassle return. Will buy at best buy again,.
