I had a difficult time finding assistance. Every employee I spoke to about a wireless router and modem only pointed out were to find them and that’s it. It was a 3rd party employee that assisted me and he didn’t even work there. Also the security device wasn’t deactivated and it had went off on me during two different occasions. Once after the initial purchase and the other time during the exchange. Embarrassing!
Like middle eastern products, prices are reasonable, some workers are not very sociable but I think is part of their culture, I guess!!!

Unfortunately, I decided not to make my purchase at this location because one of the employees was lazy and made the experience unpleasant. I was ready to buy my first professional camera and asked to hold the camera so I could take a closer look at it, but he already seemed unhappy about letting me see it. Shortly afterward, he asked me to put it away. When I asked to look at another camera, he told me he was leaving and would not help me.
I asked if there was anyone else available to assist me, and he rudely said no and repeated that he was leaving. He acted as if I was wasting his time. I felt extremely uncomfortable, but I continued looking around. During the entire time I remained in the store, he never actually left and continued helping other customers.
I ended up leaving without buying my camera. I do not want to spend my money at a business where I am treated poorly.
