How do I check product availability at the Owasso Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Usually nice no issue but not fair and or consistent with their policy on new releases especially trading cards. No where is it posted and the rules change depending who is working

I originally went to the Owasso store (not the closest to me) because they had an all-in-one out of the box. BEWARE! I purchased on May 26 and it crashed on Jun 2nd. I had done a curb side pick up because I was in a hurry. I work from home and can't do without. My 10yr old computer went down so I needed one fast. BIG MISTAKE. I will say that they quickly credited me and I was able to use that $500 credit to purchase a new one. I stood around and waited for a while for someone to help me... no one in sight until he showed up. I also lost two days of work. I honestly think that computer may have been taken in for recycling and then resold. If it was a floor model, it was used roughly.
