I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. After weeks of going back and forth with Best Buy and their incompetent delivery company, I finally gave up on the fridge I originally purchased and settled for a lesser model just to get something.
We waited ANOTHER week for delivery—only for them to pull the same garbage again: cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. That’s now FOUR Saturdays in a row they’ve scheduled and then canceled at the last minute.
I’ve been over a month without a working fridge, my blood pressure is through the roof, my patience is gone, and apparently I can’t even get my money back—so I’m stuck with Best Buy.
This is beyond unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering legal action. Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have zero respect for customers’ time, money, or sanity.
Had to figure out a few exchange things today (thanks Microsoft for selling everything separate), Steph was awesome at answering questions about everything I had. Also shoutout to the guy who helped me on 8/2 with making my initial purchases (I forget your name), including a really good recommendation for the galaxy watch 6 I got!! Thank you both and everyone else that helped me out :)
