DO NOT waste your time trying to call this store. Their phone system is designed to prevent you from ever talking to a real person. You will spend a long time listening to them trying to redirect you to the website (never mind that you wouldn't be calling if you could handle your issue through the website). Extremely frustrating, in the end nobody ever picked up.
But when I went to the store, the people at the customer service desk were friendly, professional, and efficient. Would have given five stars if not for the useless phone experience.
