Shoutout to the guys in geek squad, Eli and the crew really helped me out of a bind with my computer and they kept me in the loop the entire time, seriously thank you to those guys!

Recently i bought a couple of things and the young kid who was helping me out to pay told me word by word...."If i show my drivers license and answer 5 questions ill get 15% off my items so i said ok......When i went to pay i said why isnt there a discount and he said...."You signed up for a credit card and 15% happens over time and not right away and that i have to spend at least $100 to get it...He never told me this to after the facts!!......So i will for sure be deactivating the best buy credit card when i get it in the mail and i told the manager about it and he said there is nothing he can do so i will NEVER be back to this store and for the amount of money Best Buy makes the manager still couldnt help me out and i understand companies doing things to help them out but sorry lying to me is very unacceptable and unprofessional and i will be in touch with better business bureau for this and if manager helped me out i would of been fine but sad to say like the one customer said i will continue to buy online and not support a business like this! The bible clearly states God hates lying and so do i!!

Customer service was non existent, walked several times looking for a specific item nobody even tried to help they seemed to be busy on their own conversation, so decided to buy it from Amazon same item couple bucks cheaper, no wonder why physical stores continue disappearing.
