I went in to buy a tablet just now. Stood around the tablet section for a while hoping an employee would help me. Most of the employees were just hanging out in a group up front by the security desk. I'm just going to get it online from a different retailer. Don't waste your time or money at this store.

Customer service was exceptional.
Floor sales was a Zero.
I was a long time buyer but the rude employee and lack of sales people were the worst.
Came home and ordered online at another service.

I ran into a major issue that was resolved by the Geek Squad team and Christopher (Manager). It was honestly was one of the worst experiences with BestBuy I had with a laptop issue (been purchasing from them since 2009) and they were very cool, understanding and respectful. They totally took care of me and I was honestly ready to close my credit card and stop shopping there. So shout out to Chris, Mike, and two other gentleman I forget their name. I'll update their names when I go back.
