My five-star rating for this Best Buy is a direct result of the exceptional support I received from multiple staff members. We purchased a camera gimbal that, after a few weeks, we couldn't get to work properly. Despite not having our receipt and no record linked to our phone number, the manager went above and beyond. He manually searched through computer records by date of purchase to locate our transaction. Most places would have turned us away, but his dedication was truly commendable. The outstanding service didn't stop there. Afterwards, the employee who initially assisted us to purchase the gimbal spent nearly an hour, patiently trying a new gimbal and helping us set up the device. This level of dedication is rare and incredibly appreciated. Having such committed employees makes a significant difference, and this Best Buy has undoubtedly earned our future business. Fantastic job!
