I do like this store....but we specifically came in to have some basic questions answered about the MetaQuest. 2 employees were unable to help us, and suggested we stand in line to talk to the Geek Squad. There was a long line and only 1 person on Gerk Squad duty...so we had to leave.

This Best Buy has to be the worse store ever, first they post false advertisement by stating a tv is 120 hz and when i buy it and install it at home the tv only has a 60 refresh rate. I then bring the tv back myself, they then find me a replacement where i have now wait for it to get delivered a week later, on delivery day the company never even showed up and now i have to wait another week for a rescheduled delivery date. HOPEFULLY i will receive my PAID merchandise. I will never ever shop again in any BestBuy store.
