I walked in with no idea what I wanted but knew I needed it to be portable for my business and durable since I have two kids. Jacob and Kay knew exactly what to ask to determine what was right for my needs, and I walked out with a laptop, warranty plan and it was on sale. YAY! The customer service I received today from the moment I was greeted at the door all the way down to the actual sale was refreshing. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy!
Terrible service. My mom bought a phone from you, and after six days, we returned it because the signal wasn't working. They charged me the full amount and won't return it. This has been a month, and today they told my mom to accept her loss and pay the money. Now my mom has no money, and she doesn't have her phone with you either. This is disrespectful.
Waiting 15 minutes for an employee to open up the case to grab a product. Asked a team member by the front desk twice and it somehow still took so long. Friend waited by customer service to see if he could get anyone to help, and he could hear everyone in the back chatting, but no one was at the desk to help us. Was there employees around the store? Yeah, they were all up front watching us ask for help, but no one was wanting to walk over to open the case. And we weren’t the only ones in the store waiting and asking for assistance. Tired of products being in cases, and tired of employees not taking a minute to stop their conversation to help. This is why people buy stuff online now.
Horrible service. This store is a joke!!!! Best Buy used to be a really good store but is has gone down the drain!!!
