People is store were pleasant and helpful but I only agreed to purchase it because they could install it today. They called to confirm appointment and never showed up. Customer service was a joke. It room 45 minutes to get someone to tell me that someone would call me back at some point.

I didn't give five stars because they didn't have what I needed. And I drove from Zephyrhills on recommendation that Best Buy has everything you need when it comes to electronics. But the staff was friendly and apologized for not having the item I was looking for.
