What a shame to sell a used item instead of a new one.
I recently managed to order an RTX 5080 GPU. It arrived in used condition, and knowing how difficult it is to reorder this GPU, their only offer was to return it for a full refund. They didn't even try to offer replacement options.
In my opinion, it is shameful that such a large retail chain sells used goods as new and does not even offer replacement.
I want to recognize Brad as a stellar employee. I purchased a laptop and JBL speaker Tuesday after Memorial Day and there were not many employees working that day. However, he took time with me and made the sale. Today, I went in hopes of getting suggestions on how to get YouTube TV back on after a power outage. I had spoken with Frontier for the past week and the YouTube person was in India and could have taken my bank account had I not paid attention. I am 78 years old and do pretty well with computers, but this TV issue really stumped me. I decided to go to Best Buy where I’ve purchased most of my electronics. Brad was there and after several attempts was able to get me on YouTube tv through my phone! A week of stress was over in 20 minutes. Many thanks to Brad for two great experiences in Best Buy! You have a great employee!
