I was helped by two amazing gentlemen. Grant and David. I am very new to gaming and wanted a whole PC and set up to livestream and game. They took 2 hours helping walk me through everything and give their expertise and recommendations. Extremely professional and got me exactly what I was wanting to achieve within my price point, and even helped me save money. Huge huge kudos to them!!

I came into your location and bought a apple gift card for my son for his birthday... upon asking where the gift cards were located i was asked are the gift cards for me due to scams. I said I am buying this for my son. I purchase the card and give to my son to activate he calls me at work crying say dad the card says it used I said that's impossible I leave work cause its his birthday and immediately take the card back to your location as a customer I am disappointed because I provided my receipt and the card your store basically told me it is not on us it is on apple, I work in management and I know what it means about the customer experience and the fact that my son was in tears about the card and being told that I had to talk to apple. no empathy from your team no researching the issue other than calling apple.. Thanks best buy I will not be back. I spent 500 for nothing.
