Just went to get my phone fixed and although it wasn’t possible, Hayden assured me they tried everything they could at geek squad and I ended up getting a new phone. He was very helpful and professional.
Been waiting 20 minutes for a someone to open a case. Still waiting... (asked 2 employees and it's not even remotely busy) ***edit. Asked a 3rd employee and Leo helped me out immediately.

I’ve had a consistently solid experience at my local Best Buy. While the in-store selection can occasionally be limited depending on what you’re looking for, what really stands out is how helpful the staff has been every time.
There have been multiple instances where I couldn’t find a product in stock at this location, and rather than turning me away, the team went above and beyond to locate the item at a neighboring store or have it sent directly to their location for easy pickup. That extra step has saved me time and frustration more than once.
The in-store team is also knowledgeable about tech and offers advice in a way that’s not pushy, which I appreciate. Whether I’ve needed help understanding a new product or figuring out compatibility for accessories, they’ve always taken the time to make sure I walk out confident in my purchase.
The layout of the store is easy to navigate, and checkout is typically smooth. The online pickup counter is also efficient — orders are usually ready fast, and I’m in and out in minutes.
Overall, I’d recommend this Best Buy location for its service-first mindset. The team is focused on solving problems and making sure you leave with what you need.
