I had trouble finding an employee to help me, but once I finally did he was great and very knowledgeable.
Best Buy had slipped in my opinion for a while. Now, it's back to what it is was in the past. It's my first stop again. Whether online or in the store. It has a great selection and knowledgeable associates to answer questions I have I have in store, online the web site is top notch also! Thanks Best Buy for your turnaround!
Horrible bestbuy. Bad customer service. Hopefully best buy got out of business soon! That's short Hispanic boy, Ceasar just laughs when asked a question. No transparency. No customer service knowledge. Didn't get my free item from their tv promotion. My whole family got sick and I forgot about it. I didn't get a email when it ready for pick up.

About a year ago I bought a car stereo from them and got installed by them and last month my screen broke and when I went and got an appointment the guy said yes it still under warranty and we can replace it with the same one and i notifying him that the screen was broken and said we still replace it and when I arrived the technician had an attitude and made me wait because he doesn't want to get the radio to geek dest he said it's not my responsibility and when I took it and went there another worker said oh it has to be shipped they can not replace it with the exact same one and he called his manager and what he said it has physical damage and it not covered under warranty and when it broke it was really cold and when I touched it it broke so I had 4 different guys telling me each different story and I lost about 2 hours of my work just because of them so I would never buy things in the future in this store or a different location
