I went into the store specifically to purchase a laptop. I really didn’t have a clue what I really wanted so I went to peruse with the intent of making a purchase. I looked at several tablets/laptops and waited for someone to assist, however, no one came to assist as I perused for about 25 minutes. There were a couple gentlemen in the area, but neither acknowledged my search.This is not the first experience that I’ve had and this particular location where no one has offered any assistance, even after I’ve stood in certain areas for long periods of time.
