Best customer service experience received ever. We were greeted by the girl as we walked in asking if we needed help finding something. She directed us right to what we needed. Within 3 minutes or less, Nathaniel walked up and asked if we needed help. What we were purchasing was up at the front. He called it up on the ear piece they have. We went to the front and I believe it was Gracy who helped us. The whole team here was extremely helpful. I live right between the Murrieta and Menifee locations. Same distance to both and the service at Menifee was on point. I would definitely go back. Thanks for the wonderful service. Great teamwork
Trash ah best buy making me buy an ipad thru customer sevice to secure it but then it aint ready when i come to pick it up after 30 mins. Lying ah saying the bank is waitin when it's all paid for. Then that chipmunk looking dude in there with glasses saying it's on hold for fraud. Nobody's saying that bro. Lying ah best buy workers

I didn't receive the assistance I normally do on my last visit. I could tell the associate was getting frustrated with me when I kept saying I did not have a computer on my desk and that I hooked up my laptop to small black box. I bought what he suggested and it turns out I was right. What I bought is useless. I have a docking station. He told me if it wasn't a computer, then he did not know what it is I have on my desk - with attitude. Anyways, this was my first negative experience with Best Buy. Normally, it is a positive experience.
