Love this store I hope it never leaves Modesto. Keep supporting it. It’s nice to still use a store front to pick up things. I know Amazon is convenient but I can’t imagine losing out on Best Buy.

Went in with a product in mind, without asking I was acknowledged and greeted in store by Michelle who took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for, answer any and all questions I had (no matter how clueless they may have been), and engage in some pleasant conversation. Talk about top notch customer service! She was a joy to engage with and deserves some recognition and credit for being an awesome person! Give her a high five, put her employee of the month plaque on the wall, and most importantly give her a raise! Best Buy as a company and the world in whole needs more Michelle’s making a difference in the world around them! 👏

The Manager was amazing. Very helpful and honestly the best Customer service I have had in a while. I just wish the Riverbank store was still open.
