The pick-up was great. Only in line 15 minutes. Took longer to walk from my car than wait in line for my purchase. Very surprised.
On the phone they said they had a great black Friday deal.
When we got there it wasn't the same as on the phone.
After driving 30 miles round trip
So we will go back to the Internet

Gavin gave us great customer service today! Helped with our Amazon order!
I felt very uncomfortable shopping in this store. The associates kept following me and my sister around. I felt such awkward tension . I’m not trying to pull the “race card” but it honestly felt like I was being racially profiled. I could tell the people just kept on following me and looking. Like it was insane. I literally had a freaking air fryer and you guys were thinking I was going to walk out or something. As soon as I walked out this store, I felt better. You can ABSOLUTELY sense awkward tension immediately and I hate that. Also, bad customer service, no one asked us for help because they were too busy following us around. There was even a point where there was a whole group by us. If you think someone is stealing, how bout you make it less obvious without making someone feel uncomfortable. Won’t go in this store again. Train your associates and be better.
