HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. I ordered two TVs during the memorial day sale this year. I received delivery of my TVs to find that one of the TVs they delivered was an open box and was missing parts. When I tried to call the actual store, Parker Best Buy, I got routed to a call center on the other side of the world. The agent told me I should go in to the store in person (25 minutes away from me). So, last Friday, I went into the store to explain the issue and see if they could give me the parts or replace the TV. The customer service representative and "manager" on duty told me they would be replacing the TV and that someone should be calling me the next day to schedule the delivery/replacement. RED FLAG --> They did not give me any paperwork to confirm this return/replacement. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME! It's now Wednesday and I've been speaking to 3 different representatives from the call center on another continent, because it is impossible to actually speak to someone from the physical store. THERE WERE NO NOTES IN MY "FILE" REGARDING MY IN PERSON VISIT TO THE STORE AND THE RETURN/REPLACEMENT DELIVERY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SCHEDULED. I don't care how good of a "deal" something might be at Best Buy, this experience will make me a non-customer for life.

this place has some of the worst costumer service i’ve ever seen. they have like a dozen workers there and nobody seemed to want to help me, i saw like 10 of them on there phone and they completely overpriced me when i asked how much it was to replace the screen on an iphone xr and it was $300. i would strongly discourage people from going to this best buy!
