I was talked into getting a 100.00 no questions asked two year return or refund. I go up there just a few months later with the item I found gives me motion sickness. I am told NO. I can fetva replacement or credit. No refund. This guy lied to me. I will never shop at best buy again. I should sue them for falsely leading me to buy their 100 00 return. Was lied to and ripped off!!

Good luck getting a hold of a human being AI will throw everything at you to avoid getting a human being on the phone and when you do it’s not the store but someone half way across the world telling you they can’t help and tell you to call store again or go the store… well no more best buy for me :)

Usually everyone here is super nice and knowledgeable, my issue comes with the Best Buy brand itself not with the store. Pricing is upsurd here coming with a markup thats kind of a Best Buy tax, I'll do most of my shopping else where if possible.
