My husband and I went to purchase a TV from this location. We couldn't find the TV We came for it was only on the wall but said in-stock online. We asked for someone to help us because I figured they had them in the back and to also price check 2 open box TV because they didn't have a price on them just the open box excellent condition listed. Upon asking someone the one worker said oh I can prive check it for them and another said no you can't this is not your store your warehouse. There were about 4 workers over in tvs... only one guy could help us and we waited like 20 30 minutes and he never helped us. Then we decided to get a different open box excellent condition and checked out. However when we got home there was no remote and no booklet and no stand for the TV anywhere to be found. It was only 10 dollars off but it should have included a remote and stand. I can't even turn it on. And for that 10 dollars I saved I spent more in gas and time coming back to the store to return it later today.

This Best Buy waited 3 hours, and 2 customer service phone calls to tell me my order wasn’t at the store when initially it told me it’d be ready within an hour.
