Danny in mobile department was awesome! Took care of me and my wife with awesome customer service! And he was fast and efficient!!! Highly recommend using him. Would come back just for him to help us again!

I spent over $3,600 at Best Buy on a new fridge, including warranties, installation, and haul-away. I made the purchase on July 17 and scheduled a “free” site survey for Friday, July 19 because my townhome has tight clearances. I wanted to avoid any last-minute issues with delivery. No one showed up for the site survey—despite the massive 12-hour window (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). No call, no update, nothing. The fridge delivery was also scheduled for July 19, but when I went to the store to ask what was going on, I was told they couldn’t deliver. Now the delivery is pushed to Tuesday, July 22. I’ve already lost valuable work time waiting around. This is extremely frustrating for a major purchase. I’ll evaluate again once delivery is (hopefully) completed, assuming I don’t cancel before then. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of ordering appliances—be cautious. Will update this review later if anything changes.

It’s been a while as I stopped coming to any Best Buy, don’t see much reason anymore, not sure how this store still survive when you have so many convenient options today with delivery, however it was always 2 main benefits from Best Buy - you can find electronic quickly and buy now instead wait for even fast delivery elsewhere and most important Price Match, so you know that you never overpay. I walked in in the store today to buy Tesla Wall Charge which cost EVERY WHERE (Walmart, Amazon and even on Tesla Website) $420, and Best Buy only the one who charge $450. That’s was my first disappointment because it’s already third time when Best Buy demonstrated higher then other market price, definitely not trust this store price anymore, but second even more disappointing is how they refuse give $30 discount to match all other stores! They do confirm they still offer Price Match but not for this specific item haha. Great, sorry but it was my very last purchase at Best Buy. Don’t much care about $30 more about how I feel no trusting to this store and then even been fooled with Price Match ads. Additional star just for polite sales rep who even try speak and convince manager. Because of her and because I was sure then can get it today and don’t want change my plans because $30 I bought it with overpriced item, but that was definitely my last purchase with Best Buy. Good buy and good luck Best Buy, you were great before.

I bought a brand new OLED from the store a month ago. The TV no longer turns on and is an operable. Kind of crazy that a $4000 TV breaks within a month. Best Buy’s policy is 15 days for a return or replacement. Which is completely outrageous for something so expensive that they sell on behalf of Samsung and don’t even offer your typical 30 day warranty. It’s an easy way to get out of ensuring a customer receives the best product and service. They told me to take it up with warranty (Samsung) and that they couldn’t help me. But, they would send someone out and charge me directly for selling me a faulty product. I won’t be buying any more electronics from Best Buy. You guys would rather I take the loss than admit you sold a faulty TV and at the minimum offer a free technician visit.
