Went in to buy a sound bar and Noah was super friendly, knew what he was talking about, showed us demos for different options, recommended related items for what we were shopping for in a helpful manner not a “let me sell you more stuff” manner. Overall really happy with this shopping experience
2/22/25: I saw the surround sound that I was interested on the Best Buy site. I was able to compare it with other models. I was happy to see that there was a demo at the store, and that it was in stock. I went in the store the next day to listen to it. Although the rear speakers weren't connected, I heard enough to purchase the item. Went home, ordered it online, and with 10 minutes the order was ready for pick up. Very easy pick up process, and the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean, and there was plenty of parking outside.

I’ve been a Best Buy faithful for decades. Something has changed over the years. It feels like shopping at Target. No one speaks to you unless you hunt someone down and if you catch the wrong shift, no one can speak to services and what they include. Specifically Geek Squad services. It will meet most of your tech needs but it’s starting to loose it’s shopping appeal to me.
