So I bought a TV on Black Friday LG 65” and when I brought it home I didn’t open it till Saturday night. When we open it found crack screen on the upper LH corner so I called customer service they stated I could take it back and get a replacement. So I arrived at this location and spoke with one of the GEEK Squad Managers (Armando) he looked it over and then called the closing Manager to get a second opinion they both stated that I damage the TV when clearly I didn’t I. even bought the 5 Year protection plan in my opinion it’s not worth paying the protection plan. Armando kept stating it’s there policy that they weren’t gonna be able to resale the TV and even offered to Recycle the TV they are very inexperience people i can tell I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION. He even told me that they declined another tv from another buyer. Bought the same tv and it was damage these guys are a really work of art. So BEST BUY in Garland thanks and bless your heart. Called Customer Service and explained my situation they lady on the phone stated no worries sir I will start the exchange process and today on 12/6/25 I received my TV it wasn’t hard at all CLOSING MANAGER AND GEEK SQUAD MANGER DIDNT WANT TO DO THERE JOBS MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME. WONT BE SHOPPING AT garland location

I spoke with Armando today, one of the managers for Geek Squad at this location. I wanted to purchase a product that they offer on their online website, but instead of bringing the purchase to the store, I was told they will not match marketplace pricing on their website and essentially instead would refer to losing the sale completely. I wasn’t asking for an additional discount. The only thing that I was asking for was to match the price listed on their online marketplace so that I could purchase a product in store versus having it shipped and have the ability to purchase the protection plan. Instead, they refused to match the price for the marketplace third-party on bestbuy.com and instead would prefer to lose the sale entirely. This is disappointing for Best Buy as I’ve been a customer for over 25 years.
