How do I check product availability at the Garland Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

My local Garland Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

My Bose earbuds were malfunctioning and the left one sounded blown.. they were a year old and showing some wear... I took them into a Best buy in a different city cuz I travel for work and the staff there gave me no hassles and nothing but smiles when I return them. They gave me full credit for the earbuds I had bought previously and I used it to get some brand new Sony MX earbuds that are awesome!!! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend shopping here, and don't forget the warranty on high priced electronics 😀

Went to get a Switch 2 screen protector and have GeekSquad install it. I was immediately asked if I needed help when I was looking at screen protectors and told the process of the installation service and what ones had the best and lifetime warranties.
Nicole was really diligent with carefully installing the screen protector and made sure that my screen was completely dust-free. Good idea on Nintendo to have a console that scratches the screen when you dock it.
Also all the times I got gift cards from here have been good as well.
Will come back for any of those services I need again!

Ordered an Xbox controller and Rechargeable battery pack.
The pack arrived open box. I ordered new. No way to actually chat online other than with a bot. Now I have to go back up there.
Horrible customer service.
