How do I check product availability at the Cypress Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Cypress Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Employee help is non-existent. I was looking for a no plug-in phone charger. Finally got a clerk, and she just pointed at the rack. Big help. It'll be a long time before I walk through those doors again.

Went in around 7:07pm today. Was hoping to get a case for my phone in peace. Rather than that I got a lady at the front ( beautiful darked skinned lady with curly hair) near the phone section staring at me as I am a criminal and wanting to steal something. I really do hate that I have to feel this way but as I look up and around to see if anyone is goin to help or send someone for help but to be met with her eyes staring at me as I am about to do something wrong. Please it would have been better if you'd approached me to ask if I needed help with something. A guy then later approaches me to take me to the phone case section and informed me that I will send you someone to help you. I waited about 5 mins and left. This is my neighborhood Best buy and I've never encountered this until now. I'll be shopping on Amazon for my accessories regarding my new phone and will think twice about going bk in this location. Fyi I am dark skinned male and highly educated thanks!!!
