Beware of this Best Buy. Rude manager Agha, the service did not repair my laptop. One of the employees, Ellie, dropped the laptop despite not repairing it.

The manger names Agha so rude and he broke and dropped my computer and not honored warranty I asked to check videos for proof he refused, he needs to be fired. I purchased less than a month ago a gaming laptop for more than $1600 but even Best Buy online told me to take it to the store they refused and they want to charge me, I am done with Best Buy, aware of Best Buy customer service

Worst best buy ever. I just bought a new laptop, it stopped working from a warranty defect, Asus told me to go to best buy for the repair, and this store wants to charge me for manufacture defect. Crazier thing is that the employee dropped the laptop hard when trying to open it and they most likely broke it even more. Aga was the manager and not helpful at all

This store is HUGE!!! 😂 geez!!! Computers are all the way in the back great for security, horrible for customers lol!!! I had a great experience, KENNETH was Awesome!!! He was so helpful & patient!!! I’ve been setting up an office for a week & I needed my final item & I was tired 😪 wore out & it was 8:40 because I ordered online & my location didn’t have it & it sent me to another location! So yea the day was long & I know I was being an annoying customer but Kenneth held his composure, stayed calm, ☺️, & was resilient with his patience!! Definitely deserves something for his expertise on customer service. Also Best Buy, customers should receive their rewards back especially if completing an exchange. We customers need an updated system change. Should be a simple fix. I can understand waiting for return but an exchange, no, it’s an inconvenience! Time wasted.
