Not helpful and confused. Tried buying an iPad for work, and traded my old one in because they said they had what I needed in stock. When I went to buy a new one I was told I had to order it and the guy helping me couldn’t understand the iPad I want. Once I finally ordered they use OnTrac which delayed the order. Now I can’t get my device in time for work when I need it

I went onto this Best buy and I was looking for a microphone for my Alpine head unit in My truck and I asked for help with finding what I needed and the lady at the door didn't even know what it was and to make it worse I I was thinking too my self how the hell does she not know what it is she wasn't even checking with her coworkers to see if they could help me total ways to help and time
