helpful staff from the minute I walked in til the printer was loaded in my car.
This place has tons of stuff, something for everyone, really. The staff is super helpful and knows their stuff. They have a great selection of open-box items if you're on a budget. It's easy to find what you need. The checkout experience feels disjointed and informal, though.

By far one of the worst Best Buy's to walk into. There is never enough people on the floor to help and even when there is associates on the floor, you have to hunt them down. Walked into the store today to look at a Apple Watch Ultra 2 that I am considering purchasing. The only associate in the Apple portion of the store was busy flirting with girls and even after waiting for a while, he had no desire to acknowledge me or even help. The other associate that was in the computer section, was a Chromebook rep. Also the two displays that had Apple Watch Ultra's were missing/appears to be theft. After hunting down an associate again about see if there was a watch I could actually see instead of just looking at it online. One of the guys that works the cell phone area was like "Oh they must have been stolen", "Sorry sir, guess not". I just shook my head and left! This is why sales slack in this location. Lackluster efforts to assist paying customers while just messing around on the sales floor with missing inventory. What A JOKE of a store anymore.
