Worst place ever for speaker installs customer service is the worst. I was told the speaker I ordered to be installed didn’t arrive to the store and said to go and grab the speaker from a nearby store, So I went and when I arrived with the speaker they didn’t want to proceed with my appointment. Even though they told me to get the speaker from the nearby Best Buy and would still get it installed same day. And now have to wait another week to be installed.

I will never go back to this location again. Purchased a TV from Amazon with Best buy being the 3rd party seller. I picked it up from this location it was very smooth and convenient. I got home the and the screen was broke. Took it back the next day. I was being helped by a sweet lady as she pulling up my order to process the exchange another employee came over was doing something then suddenly snipped at the employee that she was helping me. Of course they have to inspect the damage. The employee who obviously hates her job, turns and yells in a accusing tone in front of everyone.. the box smells like marijuana!!! Ok did that cause the screen damage.. no I had to smoke that joint to keep my cool that you sold me a BROKEN TV.
