We went for the Geek Squad inside Best Buy. They were awesome! I didn't get the results I had hoped for but, they were very knowledgeable and caring.

On Thursday night 11/13/25 I tried to return a damaged product, exactly as two Online Best Buy reps had advised me to do. The moment I arrived, I was met with Amy’s negativity.
I’ve shopped here for years without a single issue. Staff are usually fine, helpful when needed, nothing special. I’m low maintenance and do most of my shopping online.
But Amy was rude, unhelpful, and unsympathetic. She acted like I was the employee and she was the customer. Her tone was condescending, her voice commanding, and she showed zero care to be there. She told me, “Take your return and ship it back” right after clashing with another shopper, then stormed off.
Thankfully Edgar stepped in and handled everything quickly and politely no excuses, no drama.
Short version: Edgar was great. Amy the worst. And I’m clearly not the only one who’s noticed if you read other reviews.

Bestbuy.com sold me a 1100 something in hot demand that wasn't actually in-stock. Another hot demand item came in stock on their site that I couldn't buy because my money was tied up in the fraud purchase they let go through. "Trying to call this store for some sort of compromise" i got ai that sent me to sales department, that sent me to care department. That told me to call the store... that told me to leave a message... all I want is a garuntee that they will leave one aside for maybe 4 days until this refund hits or I get paid. If I was bestbuy I'd say "we are incompetent and took 1100 from you when we didn't have the product " "we understand this frustration/issue and will pre-order the new product you want and have it here when you come in"
Very helpful and friendly staff.
