Average but is good in a jam.
Kinda small but they were happy to help get what we wanted
Nice, clean store and helpful employees… They actually have in stock what you’re looking for ,they could, however, have a better selection of some things. A lot of empty spaces on the shelving. But all in all it’s a good experience.

We don’t have many options in the way of electronics stores around here in Thornton/Brighton, but Best Buy has always been my go to. They have never let me down in regards to purchases and services. I highly recommend becoming a Total Tech Member, as it has paid off for itself multiple times in my own experience. I will give a quick example. About a year and a half ago, I purchased two elite core controllers for my son and for myself. Two weeks ago, my pup got a hold of both of the controllers and chewed them up pretty badly. The controllers are about $130 each. Well, the Best Buy protection plan that is provided with being a total tech member covers accidental damage. I went in earlier this week, brought both damaged controllers and explained the situation. The clerk looked over my protection plan and told me to go get two new ones. She rang me up, and it ended up being $84 to replace both controllers. There was a $42 fee per controller. If I hadn’t had the protection plan, it would’ve been over $300 to replace both controllers. There was no fuss, just a simple transaction. I have done this multiple times with other items I had that were damaged and all the times, the transactions were equally painless.
