Rockwall Tx Best Buy customer service SUCKS! Trying to purchase a iPad Pro 13in and waited over 30 minutes asking for help and NOBODY would help me however 5 other individuals were helped that got there AFTER I did. I’ll buy my iPad tomorrow directly from Apple.

Great place to go if you want to waste time. They never have anything that I'm looking for stocked. They also are hard to find help at.

Purchased a new 15 inch Mac air in Garland Tx for 1,200. Was told to pick it up in Rowlette Tx. Drove to Rowlette Tx. Was told “we don’t have it in stock”. Was asked to spend another 1,200 for a used laptop. It was the same computer. Except the used one came with a dented box with lip stick smudges and finger prints all over the screen. Best Buy’s expectation was for me to drive two locations , pay 2400 for a used computer. Staff had an “oh well” attitude. Never again. Ended up purchasing directly from Apple. Apple will price match—FYI.
