Bought a Tv for black Friday. The company named Roadie delivered it to the wrong address. We didnt get the TV now I have spent around 5 hours calling phone numbers to get it address. Bad customer service and no help! Don't use this service with Best Buy!

Horrible experience. Ordered a TV from here and they said they’d deliver it. I got a text when the TV was on the way. Some 8 hours later it was delivered to the wrong address. The text said to call or text if there was issues and I was texting and calling non stop and nobody ever responded. I tried calling customer service and they’re closed. I tried calling the roadie delivery service they used which kept hanging up on me in an endless loop. I tried calling the local store which is also an endless loop of a broken robot. You can’t talk to a human no matter how hard you try. I will never order from here again. A whole nightmare and my TV is still MIA.

The geek squad for best buy are the best, they fixed my laptop having a windows install issue and fixed it within the same day, and plus having the My Best Buy Total™️ membership was great because I didn’t have to pay anything but I am giving the geek squad a 5 stars as my way of saying thanks

Bought a small Tv but was wanting to check on a tv speaker mount that I had looked at online. The guy was very helpful and recommended the exact frame I needed. Offered free shipping which came a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend this store especially if you live outside of the metroplex and don’t want to drive in past lake Ray Wylie Hubbard
