Went there looking at washer and dryers. A female associate said she'd get someone for us. 40 minutes later, still nobody. So we left and decided to purchase from someone else.

Extremely Disappointed Long-Time My Best Buy Total Member – Protection Feels Meaningless Now Review: I’ve been a loyal My Best Buy Total member for years and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items from Best Buy, including major appliances. I always felt the membership provided real protection and peace of mind. That trust is now gone. About 1.5 years ago, I bought a washer and dryer. Within days, the washer stopped working. The store quickly replaced it, which was great at the time. Now the replacement washer has completely failed again. When I tried to resolve this: • Calling the store routed me to an overseas call center where the representative couldn’t answer basic questions and insisted I couldn’t handle it locally. • I drove to the store in person. Staff initially told me they no longer handle these issues locally and I had to go through central service. After I pushed back, they reluctantly helped call it in. • I was then charged $85 for a repair technician to come out. No appointment date was set — they said they’d notify me by text or email whenever one becomes available. As a Total member, I expected better support, especially with the advertised product protection. Instead, I’ve dealt with poor communication, being pushed around, and unexpected fees for something that should feel covered. The “protection” feels like it only adds hassle now. I used to recommend Best Buy confidently. After this experience, I won’t be renewing my Total membership and will think twice before shopping here again. Very frustrated long-time customer.
