I went in to buy a temporary phone for a work trip. The specifications of buying a prepaid phone for use out of the country are a bit confusing and specific. There's a lot of regulations and steps to getting what you need. Thankfully the Best Buy employee Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He took the time to make sure everything would work for me overseas and gave me options. It seems as though different employees have varying levels of skills in different departments, so be sure to ask around for an employee that has experience in what you need help with. Thanks again Anthony, you deserve a raise!
I found the staff clueless about deals and offers. Also my interaction with a staff member in the Chromebook section was not positive. The associate I spoke with expressed a negative opinion about Chromebooks without inquiring about any prior research that I had done. While I understand that staff may have personal preferences, a more open and helpful approach would have been appreciated. I hope future customers have a more informative experience.

The Geek Squad is very bad service. I have appointment at 12:20pm so I came there at 12:10pm and I had been waiting until 12:30pm but nobody show up to make the service. No one there !
