Title: Frustrated and Disappointed – No Help Retrieving My Phone Invoice
I purchased a phone from Best Buy on March 1, 2025, and recently lost it. I needed the purchase invoice to retrieve the IMEI number, but when I visited the store, they told me they couldn’t pull up the bill, even though I provided the purchase date and my details.
I then called customer service, hoping for better support. Unfortunately, they simply redirected me back to the store, which was already unhelpful. I’m very disappointed with this loop—no one seems to take ownership or offer a solution.
For a major retailer like Best Buy, not being able to retrieve a basic invoice is unacceptable. This experience during a stressful time has left me frustrated and let down. I expected better.
Store was very clean and the employees are very helpful
I really felt like they were following me around in the store with their cameras. It Didn't feel right
