Don't buy products from Best Buy: buy them directly from the manufacturer. I bought a computer through the Best Buy website, and when I contacted Best Buy because the laptop wasn't working correctly, I was referred to an out-of-state seller. Go directly to the source to buy so that all service and maintenance issues and procedures are clear before you buy.
Impossible to get a hold of an employee to help us showing a product we are buying almost on the spot.

Only electronic store (physical) where we can browse stuffs. Has a google, meta store employees. Plenty of tablets, phones and laptops/Chromebooks present. Friendly staff.
