Horrible location. I have had multiple issues in person at this location with employees sitting around chatting instead of waiting on customers. If you are lucky enough to find a employee not chatting or playing on their phone they know next to nothing about the product.  To compound this problem, if you order a item same day delivery it won't happen. Staff is to lazy to get it pulled and sent out. I always used my best buy credit card, which the funds as normal come out of the account. If they fail to ship it  overseas customer service will let you know the funds will be back in your account in 14 days.  Be cautious as with a larger purchase you may loose the funds and not have the item. So if you are on a budget might cause a issue.  Btw the overseas customer support have no authority to do anything.  If you need honest, fair and prompt service another vendor would be a better option. Additionally the store manager and regional manager do not take phone calls.
