I went in to purchase a dash cam which was supposedly in stock. Team members had me waiting up front for over an hour and then came back after pushing me aside to help other people just tell me they couldn’t find it.
We visited the Geek Squad. The store is packed for Christmas!

I buy at this location almost exclusively, everything, from all of our 5 house tv’s to my gaming pc, GPU’s, laptops, chargers and so on. Never had a faulty product before now, my laptop that’s a year old literally started falling apart, bezels coming off, no fall damage or mishandles, just poor quality. After bringing it in, employees told me it’s not covered, so I wanted to talk to a manager to see what can we do. Interaction with this manager “Jesus” was one of the least professional experiences I have ever had at a store. After telling me they can’t refund or replace my laptop he continued saying sarcastic remarks such as “mhm that’s so cool” while I was talking, telling me to go to Costco if I want good customer service and so on. I was appalled. Whatever training there is at best buy customer service, it’s either lacking, or managers just do whatever they want. I will definitely take my electronics business to Costco as Jesus suggested, just not sure if the corporate will be happy to hear. Shame shame shame.
