On 22Feb2025 @ approx 1:45pm I came to Best Buy on Rainbow and Lake Mead location to purchase a new Samsung Tablet. When I walked in not a single person acknowledged me or offered help to point me in the direction of where the tablets are even located at in the store. Yes I stood there looking very confused, but... understandably possibly no one might have noticed me. After walking around for about 10 minutes, I finally located the Samsung tablets, and found the one I was interested in purchasing. I waited and waited around, I watched 3 people walk past me and not even acknowledge me, infact, 2 of then went out of their way to turn their heads in the opposite direction in order to not make eye contact with me. At this point Im getting very frusterated, and expressed it to my wife how this is horrible customer service. I continued waiting, and waiting once more. As Im looking around with frustration I noticed 3 employees not more the 10 feet away from me, just laughing, and cutting it up like it was social hour for them. Im sure they were employees because they all had those best buy shirts on. And looking around again about 20 feet from me were 2 other employees doing the same. I got so frusterated at this point, I decided to leave and not make the purchase. I will leave this review on every platform I can find, until I get some sort of resolution to this problem. I will as well not be making purchases from this store as well as encouraging other friends and family to do the same. I hope to hear from management soon on this topic.

Things the Best But sales guy said ended up not being true. Said if any issue with a tv just call and they'll pick it up and refund no problem. But delivery people didn't leave any number. And the local phone listed online is diverted to someone in Asia who then asks for private details and they then pretend to help. They said they want a Chinese company to handle fixing it instead. Their AI phone system makes it near impossible to reach anyone in the US, especially not in the local store. I figured out that asking for Geek Squad repeatedly can do it. The AI wants badly to send you to someone else though, but if it eventually seemed to work. Bypass them and go to a US based Geek Squad but he said he couldn't schedule a pickup for some technical reason. 1 hour wasted so far and nothing accomplished, still left with a broken TV they sold me. Not very nice selling broken products then not providing customer service to resolve it. UPDATE: You seriously want me to publicly post my private contact info to public social media pages?! I've already called you 4 times about this and was transferred to different people. Case id# 353020777. Why don't you just order the TV pickup and refund right now rather than require more random hoops to jump through?
