I was out of town and was unable to return a broken device they sold me, tried to return it when I got home and they refused the return because I was 2 days late. I understand there's policies but I returned it as soon as I possibly could. Won't return to this location, bad customer service.
Simba was exceedingly helpful. Cheerful demeanor as well.
