I bought a tv from them on Amazon and prior to buying it I called the store to ask if they would let me buy 3 at that price because on Amazon it said limit 1 per customer. The gentleman I spoke to said yes of course just come down and show us the receipt of what you paid and we will match it. When I went to the store they told me they could not do that. I needed 3 identical TV’s for a display so I had to return the 1 purchased as well. Wastes 1.5 hours of my life. What a joke over $20 per tv. Not worth the bad review and lost customer imo.
poor customer service, management was unwilling to honor their Total Tech warranty and extended return options.
Return policy is a joke. Buy something with a protection plan, never open it, and be 2 days past the "15 day" return window to be told they can't refund you. Only option is to mark item defective, give you store credit and you don't even get full credit amount. Item wasn't even opened at all- original cellophane still on it. I never needed it- it was a modem.
Only if I become a MEMBER at 50 bucks a year can I actually get 60 days to return. Sure, let me fork out more money so I can get my money back? What?! The item was never used or opened. Absolutely bananas. Never shopping at Best Buy again.
They didn't have what I needed. ( Paper shredders). That's why everyone goes to Amazon because they always have what you need.
