There is so much empty space in the store, not enough products you may need same day, most things you have to order. Staff doesn't always care, (just a few don't) I don't feel like they wanna help when I ask for them to show me something.
Aaron provided excellent service to my wife and I when we were looking into a Switch 2. He was patient and very knowledgeable which ultimately lead to our Switch 2 purchase along with some games. Thanks Aaron!
Purchased a laptop on line. Had it shipped to store. Was in and out in less then 4 mins and headed back home. Seamless experience Great customer service and they let you skip the massive line if your item is ready for pickup. Happy with laptop. All around great experience. Highly recommend coming here for the best deals you can get!
They are running a protection plan racket. They dont tell you when you buy a 1k computer that they won't even look at it if you didn't purchase they're overpriced protection like mobsters. Then let you drive almost 30 minutes before yelling you this in person instead of saving you a trip and telling you via phone. Trash products then trash service on top.
