Best buy has the best technology savants at the Geek Squad. I thought I was a nerd until I met these guys who are way smarter than me. Usually, troubleshooting phones and technology is like second nature to me. I'm team Google all the way. I have android phones but my parents have Apple phones. This one day, my Mom's iPhone stopped working and was stuck in accessibility move for blind people. It started acted weird because I couldn't get out of accessibility mode. I tried all the steps Google showed me, and still I had no luck. I called Apple Care and the steps didn't help me get the phone into a functioning state. Apple Care suggested that I go to Best Buy because they have Apple Care. Thankfully, Donald was a genius and got me into my Mom's phone in five seconds. My Mom was elated.

I reached out to Virtual sales regarding an internal hard drive for my MacBook Pro computer. After giving the agent my specs, he sold me a hard drive and adapter. Once I arrived at the store for pickup, I made my way to the Geek Squad counter only to find out that the hard drive was incompatible with my particular MacBook. I demanded a refund, and left the store on satisfied. I ended up purchasing and upgrading the computer at a local computer store for $40 less.
Looking for something that the website said they had in store but, come to find out they DON'T!
