Bought the extended warranty on an open box refrigerator. Store didn't cover it had to get new one. Ended up getting credit. However had to pay for delivery and install. Total bullshit. They sold junk and I fell for it.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Best Buy home theater department. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me had a very strong body odor that made it uncomfortable to continue shopping. It took away from the experience and made it difficult to focus on the products. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers can have a more pleasant visit.
