I got something in the charging port of my phone. Couldn't get it out myself. Took it to the Geek Squad and Devonn said they don't do that work but he'd give it a try. He worked on it for about 10-15 minutes and got most of it out. Several employees came by and made suggestions. Unfortunately he couldn't get it all and I think that's because it's a piece of sawdust shaped just right to stay stuck. I'm going to take it to the Apple store.
But I am so impressed by how hard they all tried to help. I recommend this store to anyone for help at the Geek Squad.

I was there two weeks ago. I had a dash camera installed on my 2025 Ram 1500 and Dominic was amazing he was very helpful for all of my needs.
Dominic was very helpful was very professional and if I need anything else to be installed on my truck I know we’re to go. Great experience great staff.
