Don't bother spending your money or time dealing with these people. Nobody in the store wants to do their job. They all want to stand around talking to each other and not help their customers and the manager's just as bad. I went in there to ask for help with a transaction and nobody wanted to help me and they were quick to dismiss me and they were super rude. I will never shop here again. Zero Stars. Best buy do better not how you treat war veterans

Carie was not a great customer service. I bought a screen protector and a case for my iPad and she checked me out then proceeded to tell me my total, but she forgot to mention they had a deal where the workers could put the screen on for extra $14.99. And when she did mention it afterwards I agreed to have the screen put on by a worker and she seemed to get irritated because she had to go back and put the extra 14.99. She also seemed irritated when setting up an account with Best Buy. She typed my last name wrong and I proceeded to tell her and she got irritated that she had to fix it. After that she told me it’ll be a few minutes to put the screen protector on but it was 15 minutes that past so I checked to see if it was ready and she said “oh your still waiting?” And told us “well it’s been ready” as if I were supposed to know it was ready. when she was supposed to be the one to let me know it was ready…

We stood infront of the ear buds and stood there for a minute never greeted by store employee. Was greeted by the AT&T employee. They went to get someone to help. There was not many people there maybe 5 , the store just opened. Waited 15 minutes then left. Service is no good there.
