Always being asked if I need help, never a line, (maybe just one person in front of you), never out of stock in my Experience

I've been in customer service for 4 years, retail for 3 so I know bad management when I see it.
My experience:
1. I turned my laptop in the first time, stating GE Force Experience wasn't working.
A) When it was ready to be picked up, the agent and their notes stated nothing except they "tried" to fix it and offered no solutions or options to solve the problem.
B) I took it back home - should have inspected it myself - and found the problem was still present.
C) I took it back there. The agent said they could take do a wipe, reset the laptop's software, copy and paste the data on the laptop.
2. Third visit: I retrieved the laptop and found they had not reinstalled any of the programs except the Microsoft Store basic options!
A) Morever, they deleted my game (Fallout 4) and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023, fully expecting me reinstall everything (Which would take 4 - 6 hours)!
B) Since I wasn't told they weren't allowed to move programs, I fully expected an apology but none was given.
C) I left the laptop with them to wait for the programs to install, came back later and had to wait in line for an HOUR because the kid attending to the customers took that long to reset a few passwords on a laptop!
Please, save yourself the hassle. Go to another location, this one has no efficiency, discipline or speed!
