Apple made an appointment here to get my granddaughters iPad scrwwn fixed. They said they were going to send it off & freeze my card for the entire cost of the iPad until the replacement came back. That was a hard NO!!! I was trying to avoid going downtown to the Apple store & still had to go!! Even though screen repair is $29, she got a new iPad replacement for $49!!!
Helpful people everywhere throughout the store. This not 5 star experience is more focused on the removal of registers. Using the customer service people as cashiers makes a simple transaction take forever. A simple purchase of an sd card should not have the feeling of going to the DMV. The workers are doing their best, but everyone has to wait while they struggle to resolve customer service issues, including extended waits for managers. I like to touch and feel before I buy things, but this type service is convincing me to order online from others.

I had an appointment scheduled to have an iphone repaired. When I got there, they said the part wasn’t in stock even though they knew which part I needed before I even got there. I aired why they didn’t call and they said they didn’t know. They said that they would call when the part came in. They never called.
