I drove an hour to get a phone, and they said I had to wait 40 minutes until the only person who could do trade-ins returned. I didn't. Ridiculous!!!!

Good prices, select, and service compare to most places.
I bought an open box tv that was to include a remote and manual. Delivered free for convenience. I didn't get a remote or manual. I called and got a person who thought he had spoken English. I called the local store, they don't answer. I repeatedly got transferred to the call center, and I was told to call the store. Round and round she goes. I went to the store , a 2 hour round trip, and got only the remote. The manager said there was no way to compensate me for my travel time. I guess Best Buy doesn't know about credits.

Your geek squad lackeys have no knowledge of computers let alone should they work on them. It was sad they did not know the difference between ram. I've taught my 15 year old son more about computers.
