It was ok. Feels very empty. Staff was nice but seemed distracted by having so much stuff to do. Hope things get easier for them.

So my experience with best buy geek squad with employee Named Josh I would highly recommend going to him he was very polite and very knowledgeable about my computer problems really good customers skills I will forever now be a customer to this best buy location.
Michelle Z. Sold a washer and dryer to my grandparents who were gifting it to us. She was snooty the whole time trying to rush them out and typed my phone number in for the delivery and rushed them out the door stating it would be delivered to me in two days. After looking at the receipt I realized it was my number but not my name or address on it. I called in to Best Buy to inform them of the mistake as soon as I noticed. At this point, I gave my washer and dryer away preparing for the delivery the next day and they informed me that I would now have to wait 2 weeks for my delivery. They did nothing to help make this right & instead told me to deal with it. I drove up to the store and there was nothing they could do for us. When we said we would like a refund, they said “you aren’t getting it sooner anywhere else, we’re cheaper than everyone else too. No accountability. Absolutely disappointing for the lack of customer service.
