We had been shopping around for the right PC monitor for my wife's work-from-home setup. Since she regularly works with financial and legal documents, we needed a monitor that could properly display specific resolutions and aspect ratios so she could comfortably view multiple documents on a single screen.
Our first interaction wasn't very promising. The first associate wasn't quite sure how to help and went to find a manager. Thankfully, Iven stepped in. He immediately understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish and was eager to help. He went above and beyond by demonstrating the capabilities of one of the display monitors, allowing us to see firsthand how it would perform for my wife's workflow.
Iven answered all of our questions and, when a few more technical questions came up, he brought over his fellow associate, Abdiel, who was able to fill in the remaining details. Instead of guessing, they worked together to make sure we had accurate information, which we really appreciated.
Thanks to their excellent customer service, our shopping experience was easy and stress-free. We left with the perfect monitor for my wife's office and even ordered two new TVs that same day because we felt confident we were being taken care of.
A big thank you to Iven and Abdiel for their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. They turned what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into a great experience. Best Buy is fortunate to have associates like them!
