Terrible customer service! They are way too busy doing other things than to help someone and when they finally did they gave me the wrong item.
Very helpful staff and good 4th of July sale going on.
Customer service what is that
I purchased a sound system as a Father’s Day gift and spent over $1500. When I gave the gift we realize that the speakers were different colors. I went to the store to exchange the speaker which I thought would be a pretty easy task however the manager. JaCory told me that in order to get the correct color speaker I would have to pay over $100 more not because of the color because it was no longer on sale. This didn’t seem fair to me as it was not my mistake, as the associate grabbed the boxes and carried them out for me. The store manager didn’t seem to want to help at all. He had me call the one 800 number and while I was in the store, they told me the manager should be able to take care of it he told me he didn’t know how And didn’t seem to care to help. I ended up having to drive over an hour to get to another location where they took care of it for me within a matter of minutes. I understand not knowing how to do something, but not putting any effort into trying to help someone when it is your job and the store’s mistake is really frustrating. I would not recommend this location, but if you do purchase from there doublecheck what you walk out with because if you need to make an exchange, it is not an easy process.
