Came in with my son looking for a gaming monitor, and Josh helped us. He was amazing, so knowledgeable and informative. His customer service was the best I have had in a long time. Workers are very friendly and courteous.
What started as a disappointment (purchasing a car stereo without wireless carplay) turned into a great experience thanks to the excellent customer service by Steven Ingram.
We first bought the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX and had been told this was wireless by the online Best Buy employees.
After arriving at the store to have it installed, Steve took the time to talk with us and ensure we were getting what we wanted and how we wanted it.
We ended up upgrading to the W3000NE and could not be happier!
The installation looks and works fantastic.
