I left my laptop there on a Sunday after purchasing an SSD and RAM from this store and giving it to Geek Squad to install the new parts and clone the drive over. I was told by the associate that it would be 2-3 days until my laptop was ready to be picked up. I waited 4 days and called and was told I would be updated that day as to when it would be done. Did not hear back from them that day. I have been on the phone with them three times today each time being told that they really don't have any information just that "they're working on it". I told them that it's been 2 business days past the time I was told and I just want some information every time but even after leaving two messages with geek squad I still have not actually even spoken to anyone who can confirm any details about when my computer might be ready.
Maybe there might be some extreme circumstances like every geek squad employee has been sick this whole week or they're so backed up they can't do a job that should take several hours in five business days. I was going to attempt this upgrade myself but assumed that the big corporation would be the most quick safe and efficient way to upgrade my PC. Now I'm starting to wish I had just done this myself or maybe gone to a local independent store.
Will come back and change my review of something is done today or this is somehow explained or made up to me but as of right now I'd have to rate this experience as just atrocious.

If you order something online, this store doesn't know how to cancel it and the app doesn't let you cancel it.
Spoke to the manager. He just made stuff up.
