when i called it didn’t really tell me anything about the stock of the item i was going to buy
I recently came in and needed help with a sound bar for my mom. A young man by the name of Nate was so very helpful and patient with all of my questions, etc. Because I was unsure of exactly what I needed and live an hour away, Nate gave me 3 different options that he felt would work for me. In store experience = 5 stars I figured out what I wanted, so I tried to call the store to talk to Nate and make sure he got the sale(I am not sure that would even matter, but that was what I was doing). Best Buy routes my phone call to a "Service" center where the guy on the other end of the line was a) Rude and b) almost impossible to understand. Best Buy stupid "Service" center = 0 stars. He told me, I can't talk to someone on the phone and I would have to go to the store in person. Congratulations Best Buy for making my experience difficult and negative.
Geek Squad is nice. Worked through every aspect of my old computer with me patiently.
I bought a mother board.
It was detective.
They gave me my money back.
