Excellent customer service high quality product and pleasant environment. Our customer service team member Danial was marvelous at his job and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We appreciate him and the entire Best Buy team. Will certainly shop at this branch over again.
We bought an LG TV thru website. They ordered thru 3rd party which we did not authorize. We trying to return item and get a refund, but getting run around from both Best Buy and 3rd party. Neither wants to take ownership which is unacceptable! Also, number to Chesterfield, Mo goes to international call center. I was informed Best Buy stores do not take calls any more. Bad Move!
