Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. The only number given is to a call center and then they tell you that they cannot transfer you. They give you an extension but it goes to a voicemail and no one bothers to call you back. We left over 20 voicemails. We had a pretty serious issue and no one EVER reached back out. The store on THF Blvd, needs massive restructuring as in the way it is managed and Best Buy overall, needs to allow calls to the actual store.

Please do not buy a phone from this store, go to your carrier instead!! When I went they experienced a small system error and have now placed me on a 4 day hold in order to get the phone. After going to my carrier instead they were able to cancel Best Buy’s extremely messed up order however I now have to wait for their system people to fix what Best Buy had done. JUST GO TO YOUR CARRIER!!!
