Best Buy had Beats Pro on sale at a great price and this was the Wednesday before Black Friday. They were well stocked and the service from the staff was above and beyond.

Trying to get restitution. I was treated pretty rudely by MOD Audrey I think was his name. Wouldn’t even let me finish talking or let me explain and was raising his voice in front of all the other customers in line when I was calmly asking questions and asking of what I should do. It was embarrassing and I still have no resolution for the bait and switch I experienced. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB since no one at your company or stores is interested in helping a customer.

Best Buy needs to work on the website when it comes to availability and inventory of their products. The website is very confusing and needs to be changed to better display the products and services available to all customers.
