Noah at Geek Squad is the best.
I understand that Best Buy is probably dying out. This store is different compared to others I have been to around/out of the area. I waited anywhere from 5-10min and workers saw me waiting, but I was not offered any help. I haven't had this issue in Illinois or California. Usually, Best Buy employees see me waiting and offer help or send someone. Once I approached the workers after waiting, they diverted me to Geek Squad. The first store to do that out of all my recent experiences in stores in California and Illinois, maybe this store or state is different in how they operate. Noah, at the Geek Squad counter, was very kind and helpful to everyone he encountered. He made sure to help each and every person to his fullest extent that they needed. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Other than the Geek Squad counter, I'd love to apply here because this store just has their Best Buy employees stand around and chat and do absolutely nothing. I'd love to get paid for that! Besides the gentlemen who is maybe a manager there, his name is Timothy or something like that, I saw him actually doing his job and helping people. Very nice to see.

Every time I go in it is always well staffed and everyone is very helpful.
I was there to get a price match on a laptop I bought in Aug 2024. I kept trying to get it, and they gave me the runaround at the corporate office. So I finally had to go to the store I bought it at. After talking to 3 people, I got my refund of $407.00. The store manager on duty was very nice and even gave me the newest reduced price.
