Beware of Andros at this location. Apparently he is one of the managers. The guy went crazy when I politely declined to purchase the membership that he kept pushing on me. When I said "I pass" he started talking down on me implying that I was a fool to pass it up. When he realized that I was not going to buy it no matter how much he pressured me, his behavior escalated significantly and he became outright rude and barked at me to get out of the store. Lol. I was baffled. He accused me of badmouthing him , which equally caught me off guard given that I don't know him and wasn't talking to anyone. I now suspect he was on something which caused the sudden outburst. Seriously if this is the manager of the store, the days of this store are numbered. The store itself is fine and the other employees are fine as well. But this dude needs to be replaced ASAP. I hope the store owners look into Andros and do something about him and his behavior I strongly urge ownership to investigate this matter and address his conduct immediately.

We had a great Geek Squad technician who worked on our Dell desk top (all in one)computer. I am a senior citizen and not a computer whiz and he was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you Tav Thomas!

Had a really good experience looking at refrigerators with zero pressure to buy and very knowledgeable associates. They answered all our questions, helped us find other options for models not in stock at their store, and even helped during an impromptu trip to look at TVs.
