A few months ago, a Best Buy delivery truck was dropping off appliances for my neighbor. While backing up, the truck hit my parked car. Everything happened so fast, but the driver immediately denied hitting my car and became extremely confrontational. He got in my face and was acting in a way that made me feel like the situation could become physical, so I stopped arguing with him and let it go at that moment.
Afterward, I checked my security camera footage, and it was very clear that the truck did hit my car. You can actually see my car move as the truck backs into it.
I spoke with my neighbor, who provided me with information from her order and confirmed that the delivery was connected to the Best Buy in Compton. I contacted the store and customer service, but no one could tell me who the driver was, who his supervisor was, or even what outside delivery company was responsible. I kept being told that another company handles their deliveries, yet no one could provide me with the name of that company or direct me to someone who could actually help.
That is honestly my biggest concern. How does a company this large not know who is making deliveries under their name? These are individuals being sent to customers’ homes to deliver and install appliances, yet Best Buy could not provide basic information about who was responsible for this particular delivery. If Best Buy is using outside companies, there should still be some accountability and a way to identify who is being sent to customers’ homes.
Aside from the damage to my car, the driver’s behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. I also want to explain why I waited a few months to post this review. After the way this individual confronted me, I was genuinely concerned that he could recognize who I was from the review and come back to my home. I simply did not feel safe posting about the incident right away.
I still have the security camera footage showing the incident, the truck’s license plate number, and the delivery/order information that can be used to identify the delivery. I’m sharing my experience now because Best Buy should be aware of who is representing their company during deliveries, even when those deliveries are contracted out to another company.

The service was great. I went there to purchase a television for my mom,it wasn't in stock so they ordered it from another location, it was ready within 30 minutes! And it wasn't too far from the original location.
