We got an open box tv. Employees verified in front of us it was working without defects. Asked if everything was ok which it was. Overall was great and got what we paid for!

I was shopping for a new laptop for school and their associate Adewale took time to explain and compare different models to me. He was very friendly and was able to provide his full attention to my concerns. He was very kind and has great spirits.

Yesterday I went to the store to purchase a tablet had no help From.anyone working there. I saw one person on the floor, the rest. I don’t know where they were.. I walked out without a purchase and I’m pretty sure they’re losing a lot of customers. Their customer service is horrible.

Rude security guard during a recent Pokémon box drop event. Sat 06/06. My son and I arrived early and waited in line, approximately 15th in line. The security guard told us not to waste our time because there were only eight boxes available. Based on that information, we left the line. Something about the situation did not seem right, so we later returned and observed that there were more boxes available than we had been told. I politely asked questions to understand how the distribution process worked and why customers had been informed there were only eight boxes. Instead of providing a professional explanation, the security guard became visibly irritated, hostile, and rude. At no point was I disrespectful. I simply asked questions and even told him that there was no reason to be upset. His demeanor continued to be aggressive and confrontational, which made me feel uncomfortable. What should have been a fun experience for my son turned into a negative and stressful interaction. When I asked for the security guard's name, he refused to provide it. Another employee also refused to identify him. This left me with no way to properly address the issue at the time. Additionally, several customers nearby stated that this individual has a reputation for being rude to customers and providing misleading information. I reached out to corporate and all they're going to do is document the issue. I asked for a follow up and no follow up. I asked for at least a gift card as my son wouldve gotten a box if we weren't told to leave. Corporate only offered a $10 gift card. Its very disappointing that I had to ask for some type of goodwill for this bad experience.
