I went to this location specifically for a Switch controller. All of their controllers had a spot on the shelf, and apparently this one was inappropriately marked down. They would not honor the price and the sales associate said he would ask the manager. I waited there for 20 minutes, the associate was nowhere in sight, so I ended up just leaving. Terrible experience and it’s a shame because I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the past several years. Disconnected communication inside the store with no followup.

I recently visited Geek Squad to arrange a screen replacement for my laptop, and Wilson provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Before sending my laptop out, he even showed me how to perform a few helpful tasks myself, which I truly appreciated.
Wilson clearly explained the entire repair process, including what would happen once my laptop was sent out and what I should expect along the way. Since I rely on my laptop every day, understanding the timeline for its return was very important to me, and he made sure I had that information so I could plan accordingly.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Wilson made what could have been a stressful situation much easier
wowzo...I was planning to buy a 65" TV, a new phone, a roku stick and a new tablet. But the reviews are terrible. Are all the stores the same or just this Leominster store.
