The store has a good selection of electronics, and I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did notice that some items were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, but they could improve their inventory management.

Amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and friendly, guiding me through all the tech options without any pressure. I left with exactly what I needed and a big smile on my face!
I was there for a laptop repair with geek squad. My laptop was sent for repairs and after getting it back it had the same exact issues just after the 30 day warranty for a redo on repairs and they told me I would have to pay AGAIN. The employee at the geek squad counter laughed in my face seeing that I was visibly upset about this. Highly unprofessional and a big scam. There is a small business in Leominster MA that does free diagnostic and real repairs for a fair price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT GEEK SQUAD!

Customer Service if you can call it that, was very poor. The automated system is horrible and The staff at the store were not helpful at all. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
