Came in to the store to buy a monitor a week ago and but the system had a problem and I had to wait for around 20-30 mins just for me to get checked out and I understand that and gave them my patience. Came back yesterday to return the open-box that I bought because it started flickering white lines but the old guy in the checkout lines, Gary, just seems to have barely any patience and cannot accommodate customers properly and seems to be a smart ass as well. Instead of just answering my question he just keeps saying, "just look at the receipt, just look at the receipt," and "it's not physics," like I gave you my patience the other week and now when I'm just asking a simple question this guy can't seem to give it to me?
