I’ve visited this Best Buy multiple times specifically for in-store pickup, and every single time the experience has been excellent. Most recently, I picked up a Samsung product — just like before, everything was perfectly organized, fast, and smooth.
The staff is efficient and helpful, the pickup process is streamlined, and the items are always ready on time. It's clear that this location takes pride in delivering a reliable and well-coordinated experience.
