Curbside pickup was literally 2 minutes. From purchase to pick up and return home I had a TV set up in under two hours.
We shop here because it's really the only specialty electronics store in the area and only if we need something relatively quickly. But when we're dropping a lot of money for Christmas, we'll drive to the Rockaway store.
It's a shame because it's so close, but they don't have a lot of selection to choose from as it's not as big as other locations. Also, no one ever asks to help you or to see if you have any questions. You walk around aimlessly, trying to figure things out on your own. The last time I went there, we walked around computers for 30 minutes with lots of questions before a fellow shopper started to help us. Really! He gave us the education we needed on computers, not an employee.
There is one person there who is very helpful. When she's there, and if she's not busy, she's great. But she can't help everybody.
