Called and was trying to buy a display model laptop that i found online. I was speaking to a nice gentleman who was knowledgeable named George, unfortunately my headphones got brushed by my arm and ended the call. I called back and got a different person and I asked repeatedly to talk back to George because he was checking the condition physically and making sure the laptop was functional before I bought it. Well the other guy amongst not being helpful wouldnt let me talk to George again, and then just read me the website description for good condition. When I told him that wasn't very helpful and could I speak back to George he hung up iny face. Hopefully all the calls are recorded. I will be coming to the location. In person tomorrow to inquire about the laptop personally and in doing so I hope to meet the manager on duty as well as the person who hung up in my face. Hopefully this isn't how bestbuy encourages their employees to conduct business. Especially considering I'm trying to buy a display model that otherwise likely no one else is going to want. I tried calling back a third time. But they gaslit me and left me on hold indefinitely. What a shame I was trying to spend my hard earned money there. And people are in the way of that. I will say George did seem to be very knowledgeable and fast on his feet I wish I could have spoken back to him.
Thanks anyway, I guess I will have to look elsewhere. I doubt anyone reads these things anymore.
The staff is excellent! They have a nice selection in a clean and organized location.
Everyone was friendly. Isaiah was extremely helpful. However we were disappointed. We had wanted to buy a phone there. But we found out that it was only the same price as Amazon. They also didn't have it in stock. These things still would have been fine. But the reason we have always gone to Best Buy to get our phones is because they would set them all up for us. But now they are going to charge us $40 per phone. So I will just go ahead and get them at Amazon where I have gift card money.
