Every employee was focused on their phones and whatever was on their screen.
I had to seek out and find someone to inconvenience with questions about laptops. You'd think electronics would have staff ready to answer questions and sell you the expense electronicnic decision.
Business tip: when on the clock employees need to put their phones in a locker, with exceptions ONLY for specific children or family healthcare situations. Only having phones for emergency type situations.
