We went in looking for a specific item. We were greeted at the door, and an associate was summoned. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining some not-obvious high tech differences in the ear buds we were looking at. We made our decision, the associate took our purchase to the register while we wandered around for a minute, then we checked out. GREAT SERVICE!
Did not have much in this best buy. Not used to this chain store having soooo little inventory.
